Great location. Hotel was kept clean and the rooms spotless. The food was great and plenty of choice. The only thing I would say was the swimming pool is quite small and shaded some parts of the day. But there is the beautiful Lago Martianez in walking distance.

The Hotel is in good area and you can easily get into the town centre of Puerto De La Cruz, The service was good, not sure if you could keep your all inclusive after you have checked out as there was no communication from the Reception Team.

Good location, near beach and promenade. Not the newest, but, clean room. The worst was too small bad, not confortable for couple.
