A friendly hotel with spacious rooms and excellent staff Perfect location for accessing the area Would suggest bed and breakfast as opposed to full board as loads of fantastic places to eat Didn’t use the rooftop pool as November but the pool area is a lovely place to relax Most evenings the hotel provides entertainment which is pleasant while enjoying a drink at the well stocked bar served by fab barmen Loved it Have been twice before and have booked to return

“Quiet hotel, great service, pool isn’t heated!”

We booked our holiday with on the beach who advertise the swimming pool as “heated”. What they don’t tell you is that it is heated by solar panels, and throughout our stay in February it was very cold for swimming (between about 19-21 degrees Celsius, according to google swimming pools should be heated to 25+). Apart from that disappointment, this is a very nice, clean and quiet hotel. The evening entertainment is lovely, live singers every night, piano bar. There is a small games room with pool tables and air hockey you can pay for. The staff were excellent. Usual all inclusive style of food, perhaps slightly less options than some other places we have stayed but still several choices especially for breakfast. The drinks aren’t watered down like some places! The area of Puerto De La Cruz is lovely and easily accessible from the hotel. It’s also very close to the bus station. The closest beach had signs saying there was sewage but there were other beaches (not sandy as it is a volcanic rock area). We arrived late at night on our first night and they had provided picnic food in our room which was very thoughtful and unexpected. We had a room with 4 beds, the 2 extra beds are sofa beds and are very hard/uncomfortable.

Room was outdated but very clean. Bar service was poor especially as we were not all inclusive Didn’t eat there as not keen on the canteen appearance Very good location central to everywhere and no noise issues. Staff were friendly and helpful.
