“Atlantic el Tope”
This is the second time I have visited the hotel in the last 3 months. The hotel is very good quality and is going through an upgrade without disruption to the guests. This is the second time I have visited the hotel in the last 3 months. The hotel is very good quality and is going through an upgrade without disruption to the guests. The rooms are fresh and large compared to newly built hotels. The bedding is warm and very comfotable. The roof top bar is a fantastic addition to the Hotel. The quality of the new furniture is fresh and top quality. Food is OK and staff friendly especialy on reception. The waiter's in the breakfast room need to go on friendly course! Apart from that I would fully recommend the hotel for it's quality position and views from the rooftop 👌

“Fantastic hotel, being renovated, can't wait to see the final result”
Hotel is going through a massive renovations, the rooms we had weren't the best but I won't rate everything because of the room, it needs big changes mostly bathroom.... Hotel is going through a massive renovations, the rooms we had weren't the best but I won't rate everything because of the room, it needs big changes mostly bathroom.... Restaurant is fantastic, big, huge variety, with seafood buffet, sushi, meat, salad bar, desserts it would be good the all inclusive has a little bit better quality alcohol (e.g. comparing wine at night between customers with all-inclusive and those paying for it) Bars have been renovated, the lobby, rooftop bar is amazing with the jacuzzis and the island view. More renovations are coming, a water park for families, a better pool, and another restaurant. Staff has been super friendly, helping all the time and always with a smile Definitely I'd love to come back and see the final result

“A great hotel that's being upgraded.”
First time I've been to El Tope, and loved it. The staff are so friendly, the food was ideal for me, and I enjoyed meeting people from other nationalities at the hotel. I have already booked with Tui to return, just one difference. Back for 3 weeks rather than 2.

Stayed here for 3 weeks this time last year and did a review then , but we liked it enough to return and having done 4 weeks of a five week stay, feel qualified enough to write another!I think some of the negative reviews on here are from people who expect too much, if you want 5 star luxury, it is available up the road at the hotel Botanico ( at 3 times the price) I’m not saying its perfect and there is some building work going on at the moment as the hotel is being upgraded but it has a relaxed feel, never too busy or noisy, the pool area is lovely, and the new rooftop bar and jacuzzis are beautiful. But the main thing we love about this hotel is the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful. Pedro the restaurant manager, they guy who looks after the pool and surrounding area, Ruth our room maid, are typical hard working but lovely friendly people and are a credit to the hotel along with many others. We will be returning!
