“A charming hotel”
An absolute gem of a hotel. A little dated in places, but that's part of the hotels charm. A fantastic breakfast to start the day. Right in the heart of the town. “Great base right in centre of town”
Plus- housekeeping excellent, ok breakfast, great location, lots of areas to sunbathe away from people if you like your own space, Minus- internet access in room 20 and throughout hotel very very poor. Plus- housekeeping excellent, ok breakfast, great location, lots of areas to sunbathe away from people if you like your own space, Minus- internet access in room 20 and throughout hotel very very poor. Breakfast beans one day sausages another so you never got the full breakfast plate but plenty other things on offer, no lifeguard on duty, jacuzzi freezing and a towel was left reserving a sunbed for the 6 days I was there. So no cleaning up around pool area in 6 days, no English channels only one BBC news channel which covered the US elections for 3 days. It's 2024 surely it's easy to get a better entertainment system, reviews said how friendly the staff were. No genuine welcome on arrival or departure.

“Lovely Hotel”
Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was nice but choice was limited - this wasn’t a problem with so many places to eat nearby. View from room was lovely, our view was the church and Mount Teide. Just in need of a little updating. Would stay again!
