Very nice hotel, beautiful long beach, delicious food. Every day different Tunisian very tasty dishes. Nothing is missing. Nice clean pool, nice music, overall I'm very happy. There are no crowds anywhere and, above all, very nice service. The manager himself asks if everything is ok, if we want to change the room and sends a waiter with drinks and figs for the guests 😁. For me 10/10! 💥 Have a beautiful holiday! I recommend it to everyone! ❤️🇹🇳💥 Magda & Marta 😁

Great holiday made great by the animation Danny and Gougou. Food not so great, same every day. Great location cashpoint only a short walk up the road and supermarket 10 minute walk and half the price of the hotel shop. Don't believe what you hear it is safe to go out by your self I went out several times for coffee, cashpoint and supermarket on my own and with another female. Explore outside of the hotel, great nightclub and shopping in monastir, shopping, clubbing and Arabian night in sousse where great. Late night beach parties were also great. Made some lovely new friends and special people. Xx

This was the 15th time I have been to Tunisia. This was my first time at this hotel. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Maids cleaning from sun up to sun down. They should be paid more! The best advice I can give, tip well. You’ll be treated well. Mr Jalel (manager) couldn’t do enough for us. I have walking problems and COPD. We had to move rooms a couple of times because I needed air con. Air con wasn’t working in either room. Mr Jalel ended up getting me a floor standing fan to help with the heat. We were on the 2nd floor facing the sea. The breeze was needed. Reception staff, especially Abdallah, were extremely helpful. Abdallah can speak good English and was very helpful when we needed a translator. I even ordered a birthday cake for my partner with the help from Abdallah. Dining room and kitchen staff were also very nice and helped whenever I needed help. We celebrated a birthday while at the hotel and they pulled out all the stops to make a cake and decorate the table with fresh flowers. All the staff even sang happy birthday. They were amazing! There is only one downside to this hotel and it was an employee called Adel who took you on excursions in the hotels name to wherever you wanted to go. We thought he was very friendly. He sold jewellery at the side of the shop and also worked in the shop with the shopkeeper at times. He even took us to atm when we needed to change money. He took us to the medina in Sousse and showed us around. He took us to a rug making shop. We enjoyed the banter from the staff at the shop and Adel. We bought 2 rugs! We brought one rug home with us and paid for the other to be shipped to Scotland. This rug was more expensive as it was a gift for mother in law, who is 85. We wanted a family tree with the names of the family in Arabic. We have asked Adel 4 times since our return to Scotland regarding when we would receive the rug. We were told to start with that we would get it. Now we don’t even get a reply about the rug.
