First time in turkey. Hotel really impressed me very clean , staff were welcoming and great with kids . Kenny bar manager and his staff were out of this world. Always looked after us and the kids . Always smiling and going above and beyond. Even for special occasions. We upgraded to half board and wasn't disappointed food was amazing. Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bins emptied.had mini fridge in stocked up Daily. Walk in shower . The hotel grounds were maintained . Pool was lovely and clean just cold because coming to end of season. Kids loved it as had slides . Also had TUI reps on site and they were amazing with kids . Location was a 10 min walk to Hisarönü strip . Oludeniz about 300 tL in a taxi . Highly recommended

Honest review of this hotel in October half term. We had a brilliant time, with some points that I will mention. The hotel was very quiet and we had it to ourselves virtually, apart from a few other families. Rooms are in need of a refurb, as they are very tired. We stayed in room 416 and did have some issues, all of which the staff dealt with immediately. Pool area is fantastic, although the water was freezing at this time of year and could do with being heated. Slides are brilliant. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The hotel is kept very clean! The main hotel area is very modern with some shops, sadly they were closed because of the time of year. The supermarket on site was virtually empty because of the time of year aswell, again a real shame. Entertainment was non existent because of the time of year, only Dolphin left and he did an amazing job but nothing going on. We did have belly dancing one night and the bar staff were brilliant fun at night. Very entertaining. TUI were very naughty to sell the holiday as if we would be getting what people in Summer get. They should tell you things will be winding down and nothing going on in October half term. We like it a little bit lively at night and it was dead for half term week! Food I’m afraid was not for us. There wasn’t much choice and what there was, wasn’t the best. However the food at lunchtime at the pool bar was really nice and well priced. Drinks were about £2.50 for a Coke and cocktails £8.00. Again sadly they weren’t the best. It sounds like I’m being negative but I’m just giving an honest review. None of it spoiled our holiday. Definitely go up the cable cars and have lunch at the top in the wine bar. That was amazing. You can watch the people paragliding off the top! The strip is only a five min walk away from the hotel and here you will find all the shops selling fakes, supermarkets etc. We were recommended to go the Seahorse Beach Club. It was awful and an absolute dive. They do come and collect you, but we spent £250 in a day on food, drink and sunbeds and it wasn’t in the best location. If you want a peaceful relaxing holiday in October with amazing staff and views, then this is the place for you. If you want somewhere a bit busier book elsewhere. The most amazing break though!

“Great, but pools just too darn cold”

I booked this at the last minute and secured a great deal. We were walking distance to the strip, which is a bit tacky, but fine. We are until we were stuffed! Bought some bargains too. The hotel itself was great. Spotlessly clean and beautifully laid out. The music around the kids pool was quite ambient and played at a low enough volume to not disturb the "quiet" pool round the corner. It's a shame one couple selfishly decided to play their own awful music from their phone! But this was only on one occasion. The main gripe, and this is definitely enough to knock a star off is the pools were absolutely freezing, and therefore hardly in use. This is a real shame. The layout is lovely and the slides amazing, but we just couldn't bear it. I'm aware how expensive pools are to heat, but a simple cover went the sun sets would help keep some warmth in, so people could enjoy them more. If they announced pools would be heated next October, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

“Comfortable”

This was our third visit but sadly our last . The place is clean and great location. However this year the pool was ice cold were as the last two years it was heated one of the reasons we went back. It was that cold hardly anyone used it such a shame . Otherwise a nice place .
