A good villa is not a big hotel in this village. This hotel has everything for a seaside holiday. Owned by the hotel family montebello-hotel’s. The rooms are standard (not a large balcony, two mobile beds. It is better to take rooms in building 2 opposite the pool. They clean regularly. There are no glasses or dishes in the room (quarantine associated with the Covid epidemic). The pool is medium in size. The water is perfectly filtered. I rarely swim in the pool, I do not like this kind of rest. But this hotel has very few people swimming in the pool and it is very clean. I rested here in July 2021, during the holiday period (breakfast system). Breakfasts are standard, a choice of 4-5 different food items (buffet, served on plates by waiters) Despite the large number of tourists, the hotel was not crowded. The hotel is clean, bright, cleaned well. Rest here is calm, well heals the nervous system. Walk to the beach for 5-7 minutes. Nearby budget cafes and shops. Minuses: 1. The owner does not care about the hotel staff. (At the reception there is one person working around the clock, he is very tired. Sometimes he is helped by the local manager Mehmet Eşen. Both are very overloaded, sometimes nervous. For this reason, little time is given to tourists.) 2. The owner hired teenagers and very young guys to work in the restaurant, they do not know the basics of the English language, are poorly trained in the culture of communication, they are not dressed in uniforms. 3. Bottled water is not provided in the rooms. Conclusion: I recommend the hotel for an inexpensive and relaxing holiday, it deserves three 🌟🌟🌟 stars.

Arrived and was offered either a ground floor pool view or top floor back view (emailed ahead to ask for a top floor pool view) opted for the top floor room. Room 310 is clean and mould free, I had read the recent bad reviews so took anti bac wipes with me and wiped the whole room down before we unpacked - happy to say the room was already spotless, bathroom is mould free and the bedding was clean and fresh. Yes the noise from the nearby karaoke bar goes on, and on, and on - if you do your research of the hotel surroundings it's like Blackpool on steroids so the noise was expected!! Breakfast was standard hotel food, the cappuccino's at breakfast were some of the nicest ever drank! Didn't use the pool/bar facilities we booked this hotel as a base. If your planning to book maybe email the hotel in advance and ask for room 310 it's in good clean condition.

Upon arrival we were put into a small dingy room, which was the infamous 109. We discovered it had black mould in the shower so in the morning we asked to move and thankfully we got a better room overlooking the pool. Our friends had to move room because they couldn’t find their key, so they were upgraded but even then there was an issue with the safe key. Having said that the staff resolved all these issues. Breakfast was pretty standard and the same each day but they were constantly running out of coffee cups. The swimming pool was ok but suffered from the usual dawn sun-bed hostage taking. The cleaners were only adequate. We shouldn’t have to keep asking for towels, they only really made an effort on the last couple of days! I know this may sound negative but on the whole it’s not too bad for a 3 star hotel. We used it as a base as the beach and resort etc are close by. We had a few nights where some guests came home in the early hours, worse for wear, waking us up. Top marks to Archie and the night staff for diffusing the situation. There are kittens there but just don’t encourage them. Overall our stay was ok but I doubt we would stay here again.

Our original room 109 was like being put in a basement. The room was dark and dated which I don’t mind but the cleanliness of this room was very poor. Feet were black after 2 minutes of being in the room and there was black mould in the bathroom. We realised the next morning that the room was next to the cleaners cupboard and a room they seemed to use as their break room. We were woken up each morning by them chatting and smoking for 30 minutes before they seemed to start at 8am, they were then gone for an hour then back again and so on. This wouldn’t of been too bad if we weren’t being woken up at all hours of the night and early morning by the loud music, extremely noisy guests, staff members and also by what sounded like maintenance work being done at 3am. After the third night we asked to change rooms. We got given room 301 which was a complete upgrade to what we had been in. Modern look, clean and an actual view from the balcony. The noise in this hotel in unsociable hours was a big issue for us but we just came to accept it. We met a few people at our hotel who seemed to have the same complaints. We were told by some local people that the hotel which was formally known as villa beldeniz was bought by montebello resorts and is now beldeniz hotel and since guests have been complaining. I booked this hotel based on the reviews but by looking at the more recents ones it seems like other people have also had a similar experience. A big positive for us was the girl at the reception was always very welcoming and helpful.
