The hotel has a large and beautiful area. Everything is well maintained and very tidy. If you want a quiet and relaxing rest, this is the hotel for you. The hotel is on the seafront, so I think every hotel has a big plus. We were on holiday at the beginning of the season, there weren’t many guests yet. Therefore, we had a great opportunity for a quiet rest. As the holidays came to an end, the number of guests began to increase. Evening programs did not run every night. But near the hotel it was possible to go to the "Summer Garden" for entertainment. A large selection of shopping is close to the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The staff is 100% dedicated to their work and the comfort and convenience of the hotel guests. The rooms were perfectly tidy every day. The bartenders and waiters were always at great service and kept their work position clean and tidy. Hotel staff İbrahim Çetin took great care of the hotel guests. Ferhat Ülgüt also took great care of its excellent cocktails and guest comfort. Beyazit Bayır took great care of the guests' entertainment and entertainment from morning until evening. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a great and relaxing holiday. You're great. 😊🥰👍😍🤝

We stayed at Club Dizalya two weeks ago and overall we had a good experience. The hotel has got a main building with small rooms and a small balcony. Ours luckily faced the ocean from one angle. Then they have smaller buildings for large families I assume, and these buildings are surrounded by beautiful and well cared gardens. The hotel offers a decent variety of food including soups, meats and fish for lunch and dinner, plenty of salads and garnishes such as rice, vegetables and potatoes. There is a snack bar by the pool that offers pastas, burgers, French fries, pizza all day. There are places where you can get coffee (instant Jacobs) and soft drinks at all times. The food and desserts always looked delicious but I personally found it tasteless sometimes, especially the deserts ( they are just extremely sweet) but this is my personal experience. The staff around the restaurants and bars are very young, I would say students which are really willing to help you with what you need, however most of them don’t speak English, so sometimes it was challenging to get what you needed. In my case I eat gluten and lactose free and I could never get gluten free bread or other type of milk but cow because I could not explain what I wanted. Most of the tourists were Russians and Germans so most of the staff spoke those languages. At breakfast time you can get variety of pastries, bread, pancakes and eggs. Also Turkish specialities. Coffee and tea were not good at all. Dinner time goes, from 7:00-9:00 pm and lunch time from 12: 00 - 2:00 pm which I found quite short. Because of COVID, you are not allowed to serve yourself so you need to wait for the staff standing in front of the aisles to give you what you want. Sometimes you needed to wait and I think it was normal until some rude tourists wanted to skip the line and got served first, that was really annoying because it happened several times. The hotel area is big andI believe it was at its full capacity, however it did not feel crowded, only if you wanted to have your meals during the first hours of opening. The pool is relatively big and I just saw mostly families with small children around it. That looked busy and packed. There is a smaller pool for children with slides at the other end of the hotel but slides are opening only at certain times. The hotel has got its own private beach area which was something we looked for. We spent our time at the beach are where there are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas close to the shore. The actual beach area with access to the ocean is very small. Most of the area is a rocky formation. We didn’t mind that as there is also a platform with access to the sea where you can swim nicely and this place was not crowded. The rooms are small and a bit outdated but very clean. They cleaned them everyday and the lady in charge always surprised us with nice towel decorations. At night they have entertainment for small children and I believe they also have it during the day. We experienced that the staff at the front desk are not very kind. We arrived at 6:00 pm after a more than 14 hours journey with flight delays and airport transfer being a nightmare stopping at bazaars so we buy stuff, come on! We just arrived we just wanted to go to the hotel not buying souvenirs. So we arrived at the hotel, and we filled in the forms at the front desk and then had to wait like 20 minutes for I don’t know what because they were all speaking in Turkish language and did not explain anything to us. Until I got very upset but kindly told them that we just wanted our room. There was only one kind young boy and an older man who tried to explain themselves in English. There is a spa area which we did not try because I found it a bit odd, not my taste. You can get beach towels at the spa area for a price of 5 euro each, but if you want to change them for a clean one at the end of the day you need to pay one euro per time. This was not really nice. Lastly,we had an early flight so when leaving the hotel, our transport was picking us up at 4:20 am and the night before we asked if the hotel could arrange packed breakfast as most of the hotels do, even good 4 stars hotels and they said that they don’t do that but that the restaurant is open from 12:00 to 6:00 am for early breakfast, so we thought we could perhaps grab an apple or have a coffee. Sadly, what we found was bread rolls, cucumbers and tomatoes. Not nice either. When we checked out, and said thanks the guy on duty ( wearing glasses) did not say even “have a safe trip or thanks you for choosing us” We had a good time as we tried to keep a positive attitude and we went out on a tour and rented a car so we did not spend all the time at the hotel. Ah one more thing, there is a walking distance between the main building of the hotel and the restaurants and beach area, just to let you know. All in all, this hotel could be a great place to stay if the staff and certain little things were changed so guests could have a better experience.
