Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings, Been coming here now since 2019 and will continue to return every year… Gardens are beautiful and the staff are all amazing . Soner the restaurant and bar manager is fabulous and caters for everyone’s needs , always very attentive and always has a smile on his face , so does Kadir at the pool bar , another amazing guy !! They both make the best cocktails at this all inclusive hotel . There is also a cocktail bar serving a broad range of drinks and shots . The restaurant has a variety of food , some traditional Turkish and also European , albeit a bit repetitive but there’s something for everyone ! I never understand why there are so many bad comments , if you want 5* luxury all inclusive I’m sure you would be paying a lot more , I never have a problem finding something to eat . The spa run by Ali is amazing , offering massages and alternative therapies , all reasonably priced , Arif is fab and always has time for a chat round by the pool . There is also a shop onsite so you don’t have to wander far to get essentials . Photographer Hamdin is a real nice guy , very friendly and always cheery , and photo packages are again reasonably priced . Only downside to this hotel is the sun bed situation, basically you have to be up before the sun rises to guarantee a bed by the pool 😆

I went just before the season began so all the noise about how busy it was we missed. it usually starts to get very busy in june time, but we was just about to leave as june hit. The staff at the hotel are all very helpful and it was a pleasant stay. You are getting your moneys worth. the cleanliness of the hotel was very high in my opinion and the staff did a really good job maintaining the hotel room which was ideal if you are out and about or have an early start with excursions etc. The Sea and the old town is quite far from the hotel around 15 min walk but there is bus that takes you to a private beach that runs from the hotel doorstep. this was very handy to get you to the other side. Ramos in the shop was lovely and helped my daughter to blow up the ring for the pool. his shop has all the necessary things needed. The Spa was amazing i did book around 4 massages and all done by the same person i don't think he works there now his name was Engin. He was amazing. The pool was so much fun and Cem put on some good entertainment in the evening like karaoke, beer pong, and he solo played the clarinet. he is also very good at dancing so if you fancy a night out get him to sort it out for you. Karma is a very nice club. The foam party was so much fun ! Ahmet the manager is very pleasant to, did not interact with him as much but when i did he was very pleasant and helpful. Sonar was also very lovely always smiling always happy to help. The bar staff were lots of fun, always happy to serve although the bar did close at 10.30 which i think could have been better Adnan would come in the evening and make the best sheesha! he knows his flavours well and makes them very well. i would recommend having one on the evenings when you're chilling at the hotel. the food selection was pretty decent. if you are open to try new things i recommend trying some of the local foods. the salad bar was very good and the bread is always fresh. the fruit selection was my favourite. the options for the food is a mixture of pizzas and chips and local Turkish food. Finally the photographer Hamdin, was the most pleasant and is an asset to the hotel. from the moment i arrived up till the part i left he was smiling, chatty, and takes the best photos. he will take photos throughout your stay and you can even book him for shoots in the sunset. I highly suggest purchasing his photos as they are one of a kind and of course "picturesque" his quality of work is unmatched and his passion for what he does, never went unnoticed. Due to being in the block closest to his stall it meant i would pass every morning, he was always smiling saying hellp and in ready to take your pics his energy is infectious.. he has captured the best memories for me. Thank you Hamdin <3

It was overall a good holiday do not get me wrong, the atmosphere was lovely and Side itself its a beautiful place with lots to do. However, there were many concerns such as the rudeness of the staff to start with. The reception staff continuously dealt with complaints after complaints, which in itself should be a red flag, where dissatisfaction among guests being a frequent issue. The team often reacted as if our feedback was unwelcome. They were very quick and defensive when approaching them with issues, and yes some were resolved, but it was very unprofessional. This reflected poorly on their customer service, which is incredibly disappointing. HYGIENE ISSUES: the cleaners were wonderful but the issue I had was with the catering. The food was your typical holiday food and was nice. But on the day of my flight when I had checked out, I had to wash my son's bottles. The toilets were disgusting and not adequate for me to wash my son's baby bottles, especially with all the germs typically found in a toilet. So, I approach the bar staff and asked them to wash my son's bottles where they make their drinks, as there was a sink there. They initially did not let me, and said that the toilet is, and I quote: "cleaner then the bar. This came as a shock to me. Everyone would want a clean, safe place to wash bottles and being directed to do so in the toilet was not ideal, as people from the pool would come in and out constantly. It was also concerning that they believed the toilets were cleaner. It was alarming. Anyways, they did let me wash my son's bottles at the bar and let me tell you, it was not of the best hygiene, so their claim wasn't necessarily wrong but their lack of knowledge by initially not letting me wash my son's bottles, who is 1 years old, there and urging me to do so in the toilets was interesting. BUT in no shape or form do I blame the catering staff. In fact, they were the best people on the holiday: kind and respectful. It is those in charge who should monitor and accommodate to all different scenarios. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place to people who have lots of children, as the entertainment is not sufficient. The lady who does it and runs the nursery was lovely and she does a good job but it's the same repetitive Lady Gaga song or another song all the time. There are some play equipment in the Hotel, a nursery and there is a park not too far from the hotel. Pool itself and sunbeds were fine. Despite me finding this out after booking the hotel, one issue I found was that it was not a full inclusive package. If I compare this to a hotel I went to in Didim 2 years ago, there were ice creams, Wi-Fi were given for free, whereas here they made us pay. Even ice-cream, which should in theory come under the all-inclusive package as it is a food / snack, whereas Wi-Fi, I can understand the charge.
