We stayed here for a week with our two teenagers daughters in a first floor family apartment that had a side view of the main pool. Room - our family room had two bedrooms and a main lounge area, one bathroom and two balconies. It was quite basic but generally fine. Beds were very comfortable. The sofa was comfortable with nice comfy cushions. The shower was very powerful. There is a fridge in the lounge and a TV. We used the safe in the main bedroom and this was 2 Euros a day. The main downside of the room was there was some damp, black mould in the main bedroom and the bathroom. They should look into sorting this out as it isn’t healthy. Also the curtains throughout the room are brown and make the room drab looking. They should be updated. Staff - were polite and worked hard, keeping busy with serving and cleaning up. Our maid was very friendly and came everyday and gave clean towels, emptied the bin and made the beds. Food - breakfast had the same options every day but with lots of choice. Omelettes, pancakes, fried eggs and rolls you could see being made fresh. The omelette man worked hard every single morning and was very pleasant and smiley. Lunch and dinner both had plentiful options and the choices altered every meal time and you could see several dishes being cooked in front of you. Especially good was the Sunday evening meal of lamb freshly cooked in front of you. We never had any problems finding several things that we liked to eat. However, I would say is that some of the chicken dishes (which weren’t cooked freshly in front of you) were pink on the inside and should have been checked before being severed as it is a severe health hazard to eat chicken that isn’t cooked properly. Another main downside of the meals was the desserts. They looked very pretty but they (mostly) tasted awful. There were a couple of exceptions but mostly they were inedible. Ice cream was never offered as a dessert option at meal times which is unusual for an all inclusive hotel. The only time you could get an ice cream (cone) was at about 3pm for about an hour. Drinks - beer was Efes and tasted fine. Otherwise you could have red or white wine which tasted OK but not great. You could also have tea or coffee or juices/Pepsi, Tango etc but cocktails were not included. I found this to be quite mean for an all inclusive hotel. Pools - there are two pools which were kept clean but were both very cold for October (even though the weather was 26 degrees). They should have been slightly heated. Not many people went in them! Every so often ‘Ken’ came round the poolside to ask if you wanted to play darts or bowls etc and he was polite but persistent at times. My partner and eldest daughter did join in a few times. It was easy to get a sun bed at this time of year. The main pool can get annoying in the afternoon with loud music being played so we often moved to the quieter pool. Water slides - there are two water slides which were open when we went in October and they are open at two set times of the day. They weren’t busy and we used them a few times and they were fun. Facilities - There is a small supermarket shop at the hotel, a massage parlour, table tennis and pool tables. Randomly there is also a tattoo parlour at the hotel - not really sure how hot sunshine and pools go well with fresh tattoos! Entertainment- this was pretty bad and was along the lines of things like karaoke, bingo, kids discos. Luckily it finished around 11pm. Car hire - we booked this from the hotel reception for two days and it was straightforward to book and seemed to be good value. You can park outside the hotel for free. Free shuttle to nearest beach- this ran outside the hotel at certain times in the morning and back to the hotel a couple of times late in the afternoon. We used it twice. To walk into the town it takes about 20 mins. Walking back is quite a steep slope. There are lots of amazing historical sights to see in the town and mostly they are free. Lots of bars and restaurants too. Conclusion - not perfect but overall I would recommend this hotel

This hotel is exactly what it states. An all round good 3* hotel. Three of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was basic and a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. There was plenty of storage space for all our belongings. We stayed 6 nights and on that time our towels were changed 3 times, so not really sure why people were complaining about lack of towel changes. The food in the restaurant was good and there was plenty of choice for everyone. There’s 2 coffee machines at breakfast, and at dinner the staff brought us drinks from the bar. The all inclusive drinks consisted of local wine, beer, vodka, gin and fizzy drinks. There’s also a self serve machine with fruit juice for the kiddies. The hotel shop sells an assortment of drinks, sweets, toiletries, souvenirs and beach stuff. We didn’t find it overpriced and picked up our bottled water from there on a daily basis. To sum it up, this was a good all round 3* hotel. The staff were lovely and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
