“Fabulous hotel!”

I wanted to write this review following some negative ones I read before travelling. I’m not sure what people expect sometimes - go figure? This hotel is a beautiful, tranquil gem of a place. I wish we had had a longer stay. Staff immaculately trained and hospitable. It’s cut into the rainforest and feels so natural compared with other hotels. So if you are thinking of booking this hotel ignore the poor reviews, these are people who simply do not appreciate its location and have unrealistic expectations. Loved the beautiful cat in the Tiki bar - look after him!

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the rainforest.Great design with suspended walkways .Great accommodation staff very friendly.Beautiful swimming pools.Just came from a walk in the forest with one of the hotel guides(Tamara).She was explaining to me about the fauna and flora.We walked down the river.The view was amazing as well as walking in the forest.I really advise anyone who likes this kind of environment to spend some time in Loi Suites.

“Extraordinary pools and great location!”
The location of this resort cannot be beat, especially if you are visiting both the Brazil & Argentinian side of the Falls. The location of this resort cannot be beat, especially if you are visiting both the Brazil & Argentinian side of the Falls. The hotel made for a great location to relax after the many mikes of walking the excursion days can take. The food was great but what makes this hotel special are the 2 pools: one seemingly nestled below the forest vibes that makes you feel like you are swimming in the jungle (perfect given the natural wonder of the falls) and the second (my favorite) that gives you the most peaceful high up view of the river and Brazil from the comfort of the pool. The drinks (particularly the caipirinhas) were the cherry on the cake.

“You won’t regret staying here”
Amazing pool set in the rainforest. The hotel is very nice. There’s also an extra pool that is more intimate. 4 star hotel in the states not 5 but very nice. It’s different than most hotels due to its location and architecture. The breakfast was extensive and its Definitely worth staying here.

“Spectacular Pool in Jungle Setting”

We loved Loi Suites at Iguazu Falls. The pool was absolutely magnificent and a highlight of our stay in all of Argentina. There are 3 separate infinity pools, the middle one being warmer than the other 2, and there's an open air restaurant bar behind the pool where you can grab drinks and meals/snacks. The entire area and hotel is surrounded by forest so the layout of the entire hotel is very private and you can't see any of the other wings from wherever you are standing. We did see some wildlife (enormous frog, huge lizards (I think they are called the Argentine black-and-white Tegu)), but no monkeys or coatis at the hotel (you will see plenty of those at the Falls). The hotel staff spoke great English and helped us arrange a taxi from the airport. At their suggestion, we used our driver for all of our transportation needs while in Iguazu. He was particularly helpful taking us to the Brazil side of the falls. He knew exactly all the steps and made the process seamless. There is a spa at the hotel and I had a wonderful massage. There's also a little playground and kids room with daily activities - we made lots of use of the ping pong table and foosball. They also have video games, so my son was able to get his fix of Fortnite. Overall, we loved our time at Loi Suites Iguazu. I am only giving it 4 stars (rather than 5) because it is rather expensive and there were some maintenance issues that should be addressed (screen door didn't slide, warped blinds, tile coming off in the swimming pool).
