“Great place to stay with wonderful staff”
Good facilities, wonderful staff. And good location for visitors. I will be back to this hotel in Sydney CBD. Only improvement would be that the tables in the main breakfast room new need surfaces (tired, slightly damaged edges and sticky).

“Clean and beautiful hotel.”
Hotel was very clean, staff was so friendly! Very convenient to sites in Sydney and beautiful views of the river. Hotel is in walkable distance to the promenade which connected you to ferry shuttles that took you anywhere you needed to go.Would absolutely stay again if ever back in Sydney

Had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel is in a perfect position for strolling along the harbour with all its bars and amazing restaurants in the evenings, plus boat trips and a huge Yo Chi. Had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel is in a perfect position for strolling along the harbour with all its bars and amazing restaurants in the evenings, plus boat trips and a huge Yo Chi. We had breakfast in the hotel and the variety of food was excellent. Our waitress Isobel was polite, friendly and efficient - a credit to Hyatt. We would stay again. The Z bar on the 12th Floor was perfect for a sundown drink with a view! The only negative was the room which was smaller than depicted in the photo but otherwise a great experience.

I had a two-night stay at this hotel and, while the overall experience was okay, there were some areas that could be improved. I expected a room with better views and a basic provision of drinking water, even if it was just an initial complimentary supply for the first night. After raising my concerns through the hotel’s portal, I received a prompt email response offering a room change and two complimentary water bottles. However, as my stay was brief, I chose to remain in the same room. While I appreciate the swift response, I believe the hotel could have proactively provided the water as a gesture of hospitality, without waiting for my reply. The staff were courteous in addressing my concern, but I would recommend that the hotel take such small steps to enhance the guest experience and demonstrate attentiveness
