“Fantastic Hotel With Perfect Location”

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. We booked the Superior room. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids). The staffs at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. We happened to arrive a bit earlier than the scheduled book-in time and we were given a complimentary early check-in. On top of that, we were also given an additional complimentary single bed for the extra sleep space. The location of this hotel was super good! As there is no lift in this hotel and we had small kids, the staffs were kind to allocate our room on the 2nd floor. Which I think was a fair deal. The hotel is very close to Kings Cross train station and a long list of eateries (McDonald's, KFC, Hungry Jack’s / Burger King, Domino’s, Pizza Hut and also many Muslim, Indian, Thailand and Asian restaurants.) The rooms were spacious, toilets were sparkling clean. All the amenities were in perfect condition as stated on the booking listing. What I loved the most about this hotel was their room service. Every single day, the rooms were made up every time we returned from our outings. Regardless of us requesting for room service, it was done automatically. It was perfect! Please ignore the negative reviews you come across online for this hotel. It’s for you to stay and experience it. Trust me, you save alot in transportation when you stay at this hotel with the transport options, eateries and other surroundings amenities. Go ahead and stay at this hotel, you won’t regret it! Thank you Kirketon for the wonderful and memorable stay. We will definitely be coming back to stay with you the next time we visit Sydney.

“Wonderful experience”
Good location, easy to find, near many places. The room was clean and beautiful, I quickly took a few photos. We arrived at 12:00 noon, they helped me check in 2 hours early and did not charge a fee. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator

“creamy flooring ”
The hotel is situated close to St Vincent hospital.the rooms are well appointed but small noisy and floor boards creak during the night.a change as the rooms are very good.there is no lift and the stairs are pretty steep.staff are not over friendly and you really don't get that welcome feeling.
