“nightmare sleep”

check on your guests comfort within half and hour to an hour after check in. my sleep experience was a nightmare I was sick from not sleeping the entire night. I was throwing up in the morning. However it was a very cold night and the heat -aircon system didn't work, we were given a small portable heater that provided some comfort but was not great. we were in room 314, but the guest in 315 were loud and were talking loudly all night, we barley slept because of the noise from the next room, we had the stress of the surgery next morning and that was the worst experience I ever had staying in a hotel. We have stayed with Travelodge in varies towns and cities throughout the world but this stay was a nightmare. due to this issue I think we are entitled to a discounted stay and looking forward to some money returned to our account. Apart from that the accommodation was clean and bed comfortable, staff excellent.

“Good stuff”
Pretty good with location and service. Happy overall and would recommend to other business colleages. Did not use restaurant so no review there. Room is clean and reception staff is ok. No complaint so far.

“Travel Lodge stay”
The hotel is perfect location wise when your loved one is in the Maquarrie University Hospital. Value for money average, don't get the breakfast it's just a box of cereal. Service was excellent, rooms and beds comfortable. But trying to get them to send me a tax invoice and receipt was like pulling… more
The hotel is perfect location wise when your loved one is in the Maquarrie University Hospital. Value for money average, don't get the breakfast it's just a box of cereal. Service was excellent, rooms and beds comfortable. But trying to get them to send me a tax invoice and receipt was like pulling teeth. I still haven't been able to get them to email my tax receipt.
