Great hotel in a great location not too far from Sydney City Centre, comfortable apartment with a whole host of amenities. Most convenient for me after staying in hotels previously was the washing facilities. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet for a good nights sleep. Fast WiFi, bed side charging points, plenty of dining options around and the general area of the hotel itself was nice too. Reception is not 24/7 and if arriving late (I think after 19:00) let them know in advance so they can give you your code for the key locker, you can also phone them too. Would happily stay again if I was ever in Sydney. To get here, I caught the Circular Quay to Cremorne Ferry (worth it for the views!) I don't remember exactly which ferry point but it was the one with the Subway on it. From there I caught Bus 225 from the ferry point to the top of Spofforth St, just outside of the hotel. If arriving from the airport there is a train that will take you straight to Circular Quay. Really not as complicated as I make it sound! 9/10 the bus is timed with the ferry and waits for disembarking passengers. Or it's around a 30 minute walk from the ferry point if you fancy it!

Fantastic place for the position and price amazing staff Central location. Comfy beds so very clean smells amazing Secure central to everything. You've got great value at a great price. Some small issues but nothing to cause issues. This is a great venue

Stayed last week for 4 nights. Before arriving, I advised that I will be arriving at the hotel after reception has closed. I was given a clear, friendly concise email providing instructions on how to access the hotel and my room key and it all worked perfectly smoothly and well. MY ROOM: I requested a room with a view and a bit quiet and that was what I got. The carpets, bed, bathroom were very clean. The washing machine worked well I was able to dry my clothes well as they provided a laundry hanging rack and washing detergents. My room had a mini kitchen but was well equipped along with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven and a dishwasher along with pots, cutlery etc. Room was very clean. Towels , face wash clean TV-Had a good sized Smart TV and I was able to log in and out on my own Netflix and Youtube acc. Bed and pillows-comfy and has power outlets on the side bed easier when i was charging my phone. SERVICE-Very friendly service, easy check in and out. They gave me a lovely extended short time to check out and were able to kept my luggage as my flight was not till the evening. AREA-perfect, Not far from the city, bus stop right in front of the hotel, IGA, bakery, massage places, tons of good eateries and nail salons around. Has a lovely Indian restaurant nearby. Very secure and the hotel is locked in the evening and you can use your own keys to enter and exit the hotel and on the elevator as well. Has tons of information at the lobby about Sydney. SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT: 1. Pls provide a nicer smelling body wash and shampoo 2. I stayed for 4 nights but it would've been nice if the rubbish was collected daily and at least have the room cleaned every 2 days. It was fine with me as it was only me staying but it would have been quite messy if there were 2 or more in the room. 3. Pls provide a nicer smelling scent for your bathroom. You can smell a bit of sewer when you flush Overall, these are only minor issues that I saw but overall, it was a lovely pleasing experience with good priced rooms, close to the city and lots of places to go to, close to public transport, great clean room and lovely service. Would recommend and would stay again.

I think it must be the luck of the apartment draw at Park Regis. Privately owned apartments, some for rent. The Reception staff were excellent as was the location. I think it must be the luck of the apartment draw at Park Regis. Privately owned apartments, some for rent. The Reception staff were excellent as was the location. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was very dated, old furniture and no heating in the bedroom, it was cold. The tiny verandah was half taken up by external heating/cooling module. The apartment was noisy with outside traffic. The bathroom needed a deep clean as did the apartment.
