On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Excellent”
I have been all over Europe and this time specifically I have been in hotels in Denmark, Italy and Germany. Hotels at 70-120 euros/night average. But this one in Austria is by far above the average. “Ok, but not brilliant”
Stayed here for ironman Austria. On the positives it was very clean and there was a bath as well as a shower which I was not expecting, car parking was good and close to entrance. The room was very hot, there was a bizarre shortage of power sockets and restaurant was only serving snack food on Saturday night. There was nothing particularly wrong, just I paid quite a lot of money.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. There wifi connection was good. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The problem was that it was a very hot night and we needed to keep the balcony door open because there was no AC. Unfortunately for us there was so much noise all night that we weren't able to sleep. (Our room faced the parking lot.) There were cars and motor bikes speeding past all night and a train from time to time. Our experience maybe could have been better if we could have kept the balcony door closed but it was just too hot to keep it closed.

The hotel has a grim first impression with a worn looking reception and zero flexibility early check in policy. However like other mixed reviews the rooms were comfortable even if rather dark and the breakfast choice was reasonable when compared to other hotels. Even the limited pre-ironman evening meal was unimaginative, but ok. They even managed a mixed review on the shuttle bus / it was great that a shuttle was arranged for 4:55am but the driver dropped us at the expo rather than T1 adding a 15 minute walk to an already stressful morning. No baths in the rooms & just a point blank refusal to arrange a kettle for the room.
