“Simply the best!!”

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, everything is excellent here: the breakfast unbelievable and so fresh and tasty with a massive selection, comfortable beds and great rooms, very quiet and perfect location. Pool and Jacuzzi on the roof was superb, plus they left a bottle of pink bubbly in the room for my partner as it was his birthday, very friendly and caring staff, we can't wait to be back!

“Perfect City and Ski break”

We booked this hotel for a number of reasons that all met our expectations. First my wife doesn’t ski so we wanted a base where she could have plenty to do whilst the other three of us went off to the slopes each day. She used the City Pass to gain discounted access to lots of places such as museums, castle, zoo, churches. Look at the details on line on Innsbrucks tourist website. Second the hotel is centrally located next to the old quarter and has a rooftop pool, hot tub and saunas. Third the half board package made for good evening meals. Limited choice on this package but tasty 3 courses and a mega breakfast buffet. Fourth the skiers used the free bus services from the central station to go to 3 different resorts over our 3 days. Axamer, Kuhtai and Stubai glacier. Journeys varied from 40 minutes to 75 but easy frequent and free. Snowboarding this week was awesome with perfect pistes, blue skies and sunshine. So if you’re looking to have a varied time than just blasting in a soulless French concrete zone then I can highly recommend innsbruck.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Grauer Bär! The location is brilliantly located within a few minutes walking of the Old Town. Staff are extremely friendly, and I would especially love to say thank you the gentleman who checked us into room 520 on Friday 10 January (sorry, I never got your name) - he went above and beyond to have a laugh with us and had some great recommendations! He should be rewarded for being a credit to your team! The room was clean and quiet and had a fabulous view of the mountains! The spa was excellent and having a room on the same floor of it was a wonderful experience! The breakfast at the hotel is outstanding and I would even go as far as to say it’s the best hotel breakfast we’ve had (and we go on a holiday a month)!! Would definitely stay here again!!

“Fantastic place”
Everything was great: from the location (just minutes away from the old town), to the staff (friendly and helpful), to the comfort of the room, I highly recommend this place. The breakfast buffet has a good range of selection. Thanks for a very pleasant stay
