“A pleasant surprise”
Was booked here by work. I was so pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. They were better than most 5 star places I have stayed recently! Was booked here by work. I was so pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. They were better than most 5 star places I have stayed recently! Special shout out to Alan at the front desk. Helped me several times!! Everyone made an effort to speak English to me and I really appreciated that. The room service was tasty . Will stay here again next time I am in Bauru.

“Very Nice place”
We stayed here and it was very nice. we had a lot of people so it took a little time. The room was very nice, it was bigger than I expected. The breakfast and lunch meals were very good. The service was great. The pool on the other hand was not much to write home about and I didn't want to swim… more
We stayed here and it was very nice. we had a lot of people so it took a little time. The room was very nice, it was bigger than I expected. The breakfast and lunch meals were very good. The service was great. The pool on the other hand was not much to write home about and I didn't want to swim in it. This place definitely needed some help in a few areas. The hallway lights came on generally when you walked in to them but sometimes it was walking in the dark for a second or 2. But overall. Everything was clean and very nice. We were well pleased.

Stayed here for one night only. Room was spacious but pieces of furniture were dated and, in some cases, showing a lot of wear and tear (the sofa, for example, had multiple stains and I decided I’d better avoid it). Stayed here for one night only. Room was spacious but pieces of furniture were dated and, in some cases, showing a lot of wear and tear (the sofa, for example, had multiple stains and I decided I’d better avoid it). Bathroom was dated but clean, towels were sadly old, and harsh on the skin. Breakfast was ok. For me the worst aspect of the stay was the reception staff: clearly more interested in talking/joking amongst themselves rather than making me feel welcome, or that they valued my business.

The room was confortable and well distributed. I ask for the caesar salad and a cheeseburger. It was really disappointing for that price, it was a half decent salad and an overcooked burger.
