“Almost like home”
From the moment we walked through the front door of Carlton Hotel we were greeted by friendly staff and as English speaking travelers the staff went out of their way to understand and accommodate us. From the moment we walked through the front door of Carlton Hotel we were greeted by friendly staff and as English speaking travelers the staff went out of their way to understand and accommodate us. We were meeting a larger group of Brazilians and often after evening meetings would enjoy a delicious meal in their restaurant. The wait staff were also very accommodating. Particularly enjoyed the pleasant young man that worked the 3-11 pm shift. Believe his English name would be Edward. He would purposely use his English and engage in conversation plus was helpful in answering questions. Highly recommend this hotel, rooms clean, beds comfortable, hairdryer provided. Great location to local shopping area and park.

“Comfortable hotel.”
Despite the hotel being old, it is very well located and comfortable , with a very good bed and a wonderful shower . The breakfast is very nice and diverse. Beside the hotel has a large mall that has very lively dining options .
