“Great hotel and spa”

“Pools are huge and amazing! The restaurant is fantastic! It's a great choice for couples and families!”
It was an amazing experience! - The room is very large, silent and quiet. The beds are really comfy and room service is ok! It was an amazing experience! - The room is very large, silent and quiet. The beds are really comfy and room service is ok! The bathroom isn't too big, there are a tub but it's too small for a couple. - There are two big pools and one small (for kids), all of them are pretty nice. A small playground is avaliable for kids. The sauna works only 2-3h per day (between 5-7pm), it's a pity. - The restaurant is huge and fantastic! The breakfast has a large variety of juices, cakes, pies, cookies, fruits and so on... 3 days per week, a girl makes fresh tapiocas for breakfast! Once per week, the staff organize a "thematic dinner", it's a great choice for couples. I tried the italian dinner, it was great and the candle lights made the night it very romantic. Besides that, the snack bar (lanchonete) is amazing. They have good options for lunch, snacks, hamburguers and drinks, avaliable until 10pm. All the meals and drinks are served very fast! - You can go out and just across the road in front of the hotel to reach out the beaches. It's very close and really cool to spend the day. - There are only one thing really annoying. The cleaning staff knocking the door 2/3 times a day asking if there were someone in the room. Once a lady opened the door and walked into my room when I was sleeping. I do not blame them, the manager shall check out the hotel system to organize the schedules and be aware which rooms are occupied or empties.
