Second time in a Novotel. First time was in Singapore and was fabulous. Second time in Montreal and the review could not be better also. Such friendly staff ar the reception. The room was great, big with all facilities. Bathroom was also great. Breakfast was a surprise. A buffet breakfast with quality. Not usually in North America. Next time in Montreal I will repeat the staying.

We have come to the end of a very pleasant stay at the Novotel in Montreal. Very conveniently located near the city centre, McGill University, the art galleries and public transport. We had a very well appointed room on the ninth floor with one of the nicest and most efficient bathrooms we can recall. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious and very well appointed. It has always been our experience that the staff are the backbone and soul of a hotel and we would like to acknowledge Sabrina who went out of her way to make our stay so comfortable. Always so helpful and welcoming and very happy to offer assistance when asked. We would certainly stay here again should we return and thank the management for their welcoming note in our room on our arrival late in the evening after a full day of travel.

Nice hotel with good breakfast, and good beds. The hotel is located in walking distans from old Montreal and the harbour. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is well-structured and well-located, including very close to the 767 bus stop that goes directly to the airport. Breakfast has several options, but it is a bit confusing on some days. And my Accor Gold status was worth nothing when I requested an early check-in, which I was denied - even though the hotel had several rooms available. The cost-benefit seems a bit disproportionate to me. The staff is generally friendly.
