I had stayed that the Quality Inn & Suites and regard it as a jewel in Niagara Falls. I regard the price for the accommodation to be reasonable, all the amenities were in working order, and the room was clean plus is conveniently located near Clifton Hill. I truly appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was provided with my accommodation which had a generous variety of items to select. As HOOTERS is located in the same structure as Quality Inn & Suites, I easily went to my room after dining at HOOTERS without the worry of travel. Overall, the quality time I spent at Quality Inn & Suites was sweet.

This is my first time stay here and it’s quite rundown. The beds are not queen they are double. The chairs were broken and no mirrors in the room only washroom. If you’re paying $99-120 then I’d say it’s worth for a night but no more. You have to go downstairs to get ice because there is only one machine. The bathroom has a tub if you like that. The breakfast is not bad, but you have to toast the bread yourself and make waffles. It’s a self serving breakfast. I saw an ant near the cereal area. The tables are sticky even though they look clean. The rooms are red which is weird but fine. The balcony is rusted and the rooms look dirty. If you’re just staying for a night or two and want something cheap I’d recommend this place. Also the employees look sketchy lol they stare at you and are a little rude. The casino is just across the street which is a bonus. Pros - cheap when you can get it, free parking, free breakfast and pool. Cons - the rooms are dirty looking and rundown, small soap and hair products. No room service since the phones don’t work. You have to pay for bottle of water and go downstairs to get it. Don’t know about the other rooms but our AC stopped working but they did offer one extra blanket. Overall if your tight on cash and don’t mind the old look and find a deal why not stay here. Ps if you’re used to nice hotels and services, don’t go here lol.

I think 3/5 is generous but giving what I paid for the night it was ok. After reading the reviews I was horrified to arrive but upon arrival it wasn’t as bad as I suspected. Lobby was small and across from the breakfast area . Pool Was down a long hallway looked ok at best hot tub non existent. Our room was ok but some things were not great . Dirty chair . Some garbage behind a chair. Shower had broken ring at the top. For some reason tv fridge unplugged and had to take some time to set up the tv. Is the hotel nice no. But if you need a room for the night at a good value it does the job beds were clean and decent tv fridge and a/c worked and . I say 2.5/5 is a more fair score . Needs some work but it’s ok for a night I’ve stayed in worse
