I have been to Zagreb countless times, and in most cases I was not satisfied with the accommodation. I have stayed both in private apartments and in hotels; for a capital city of this size, the offer of hotels is quite weak (I am not talking about any luxury, but about the simple fact that in a large number of hotels, the value you get does not match the price, nor the name and the logo carried by the hotel). I heard about Hotel international only recently and I am using their services for the first time in December 2024. We stayed only one night, to split the journey from Italy but also to visit Zagreb Advent. The location is excellent, because you need less than half an hour of easy walking to the central square of Ban Jelačić. The hotel is adjacent to the garage which is connected directly to the reception, so there are no problems with parking. The garage is charged extra. The rooms are very nice and functionally decorated. We were lucky to get a corner room, and unlike the others, we had a view on two sides. The beds are comfortable, and the bedding is of high quality and without damage. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks, a rarity these days, and the coffee set comes with a few bags of coffee and tea and a new kettle. The bathroom is very spacious and warm. There are plenty of towels and they are of excellent quality. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. During check-in, we were greeted at the reception by Vito, clear and articulate, real gentleman. Top rating for the lobby bar staff on the ground floor, too. A charming waiter, a glass of Aperol spritz and an excellent burger are not a bad combination for the end of the day. We did not use breakfast. The check-out process was quick and easy, with smiles and a promise that this would not be our last visit.

Exceptional, sums up this property. It’s obviously brand new or very new. Teenage daughters loved it, I guess that’s all I need to say. The service is flawless and my favourite, the breakfast buffet had everything everyone could want. Well priced and super comfortable, get like I was in a rock video when I walked into my room with a view, very happy. Very clean and super comfy beds, cannot recommend enough. Amazing, clean hotel with great staff! Everything is brand new. Reception desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom has a big bathtub where you can relax. Internet connection is open and fast. I was mostly surprised by the food there. For a long time I felt that I'm eating homemade food and not generic hotel meals. Very tasty, fresh and well prepared. Breakfast is also one of the strongest sides of this hotel. There is all kinds of breakfast treats. All in all, amazing experience which I would wholehearty reccomend. Bravo Hotel International!

Correct breakfast, varied without being exuberant. Far from the service provided by nearby hotels such as the Hilton Canopy, however it is a good option for one night. All-you-can-eat buffet restaurant, also perfect if you don't want to go out for dinner. Parking very expensive. I stayed one night and they told me it was 15 euros and when I paid it was 27. To be reviewed.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of great options and there is a ton of space for sitting. Not having a car we found the close-by tram system the greatest bargain for getting around. The tram was easy to use and very reasonably priced at .53 Euro one-way.
