The Aqua Palace Hotel in Prague is a MUST to go to! We went 2 adults and 2 children and stayed for 2 nights in July 2023. The Hotel was very easily accessible by public transport when the bus stops right outside the hotel so there is no need to drag a heavy luggage anywhere as you are right there!. The reception was extremely helpful upon arrival and swiftly accomodated us. The breakfast and dinners were just perfect for everyone with plenty of great food choices (and English speaking staff), everything was perfectly organised with no stress whatsoever. In the room we loved the bunk beds for kids and appreciated how well looked after/clean the room was as well as the AC that autimatically switched on the moment you closed the window which was perfect in the hot day. Of course the cherry on the top was not only the Aqua centre but also the other services around which included a service that can look after the children day/evening time so the adults can enjoy a drink or two, 18 different saunas (including a children's sauna), massages and all day entrertainment. The kids (and us adults) had a ball. Would we recommend the Aqua Palace Hotel in Cestlice? a 1000% YES! The best choice not only for a family but even for adults who need to switch off and be looked after. We are definitely coming back next time. Thank you Aqua Palace Hotel we loved our stay :)

We went to this hotel because of the free and daily entry for the aquapalace water park. Will write only the important points 1. Clean: the hotel is very clean, looks like daily maintenance very well, especially for a 4 starts hotel is it very good. 2. Prices and Service: the service r very good, friendly, the prices r very very good, restaurants and shops inside hotel also have good prices. 3. Food: breakfast r very good, don’t forget it is 4 stars hotel ! Have variable meal, and deserts, for dinner and launch u have restaurants buffet. It is very good and cheap prices. Actually the dinner r better than the breakfast. But booth r good!! 4. Room service r ok… need a small improvement. Ans will be perfect. 5. Facilities, need small maintenance here and there.. like bathrooms inside rooms. Bur overall is ok, 6. Entertainment, since u have access to water park so u don’t have entertainment issues haha.. but maybe if they will add more entertainment rooms for kids inside the hotel (non water park) will be great. But they have games for kids and golf area outside the hotel I will recommend this hotel to my friends and families!! Thank u :)

We visited the aquapark second time. Our family of 5 (kids ages 5, 8 and 12) stayed in the Aquapalace hotel which is directly connected with the aquapark. Most of the hotel rooms are a little bit outdated but clean and functional. The food was also OK. The aquapark is very big and there is something for everyone. The kids had a lot of fun. There are areas for all the ages. The temperature was right and we were not cold. There is also a nice big gym, saunas, shops and a big spa. There are bars and places to eat all around. Outside is a Minigolf and a small playground. During the winter the outdoor areas are closed. The only thing that we didn’t like was the parking under the hotel because the entrance is very narrow. The parking is overpriced 12€ per day. Overall we do recommend this place.

The hotel itself was ok.We had booked the Executive rooms in the 3rd floor. We really booked because of the water park attached to the hotel and my girls loved the water park. The food is where we were let down I’m afraid. I’ve been I a lot of buffet hotels in the world and this has to be in the bottom 10 of 100. The breakfast was here and there and didn’t have a big choice. The dinner was even worse.Given that we paid nearly £400 for the 3 buffet dinner meals(including the Xmas eve Gala dinner. We were left disappointed. The Normal buffet dinners comprised of the usual lukewarm food and there was not much choice. This was the worst buffet we have had for the price. Food was overcooked period but the worst bit came when we had Xmas Eve Gala dinner. This was £200 for 2 adults 2 children under 9. I really don’t know where to start with this but I will try my best here. There was hardly anything for the children to eat and what there was comprised of overcooked chicken size and chips. The adults food was just silly.Salmon gravlax at room temperature.Pork tenderloin (the clue being in the name)Was not at all tender but over cooked. The duck breast some was ok and some was over cooked.Chicken schnitzel again overcooked and tough. The beef was probably the only food that was cooked close to how it should be. The desserts were a joke. 6-8 of those little cakes you find in cheap Spanish inclusive hotels which included a chocolate mouse all served at room temperature. It was not a pleasant experience and I have been too literally 100s of buffet hotels all over the world. Due to the water park being closed we were all offered a Prague city tour. We were dropped off at one part of the city and then needed to walk for 3 hours constant with no stops to buy drinks or snacks. We even had to demand to stop for a toilet break. Most of our bus group couldn’t get half was through the tour due to the hard graft that was needed.Kids were crying and people got lost at times due to the city being so congested with millions of people.Of course when we returned from the tour we had a whole hotel of people some 400-500 people all wanting to get back to their rooms,so this became a bottleneck and took some time to do. The hotel was convenient as it was attached to the Aqua park but that’s was about it. I would not recommend eating at the hotel at all.
