On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Decent”
Clean, decent size room & toilet/shower. Approx 25 min walk from town centre. At night a bit moody (we were there for England game). Close to few bars/clubs/casino. Breakfast was poor - very poor wouldn’t bother. Got stung by local taxi - stick to uber

This hotel is sitting some 40 minutes walk from the town square. (I'm a slow walker). There is a tram station near by but we didn't use it, or used the bus. The staff was not very welcoming and not a smile during the 3 nights we stayed. The room was nice it just needed a new carpet and a lick of paint. Our room on the bottom floor It was meant to be Non Smoking but the carpet had some scorch mark and if we opened the windows we were faced with smoke coming in from the garden were people could smoke. Not nice. I have some problems with knees and hips and found it very difficult to get in and out of the shower. The shower cubicle is sitting high, well it was me anyway. The Breakfast was fine for the days we stayed but would have been nice if they could have something cooked if asked. Another place that needed some staff training in how to smile except for the young girl who did her best for everyone. Would I stay here again ? No, probably not.
