The hotel staff was kind and helped me with any questions I had. The hotel is clean and tidy but not at a very high standard, for me it was enough. The location of the hotel is excellent - next to a metro station and a station of several tram lines but the truth is that the main square and the city center are a 15 minute walk so I didn't always use public transport, on the other hand the hotel was not in a very central and noisy place. The hotel had the option of a simple breakfast for some extra cost, but I preferred to eat in local cafes. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work and it was a hot day. I didn't talk about it with the hotel staff because I wasn't in the hotel most of the day and it wasn't the peak of the heat. It is important to note that in order to get to the elevator and from the elevator to the room there are stairs that may be difficult for older people.

Just come back from Prague after watching West Ham in the Europa Conference League Final. If returning to Prague again, I would stay at the EA Tosca.

“Great Location”
Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights, overall the hotel was okay, it’s a pretty standard hotel. The reception does close at 8pm so if you do arrive later you’ll have to call the number on the door, We did think this would be an issue but it was a quick phone call and we were in. Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights, overall the hotel was okay, it’s a pretty standard hotel. The reception does close at 8pm so if you do arrive later you’ll have to call the number on the door, We did think this would be an issue but it was a quick phone call and we were in. With our key to the room on the reception desk. The hotel is pretty derelict on the inside however the location is perfect, it’s not too far away from the old town with it only being a 10 minute tram ride but not too close to the main tourist areas so it’s pretty quiet. If you are going for a couple of days I’d recommend this hotel.
