Fantastic hotel, staff were so kind and helpful. The room was beautiful too, very comfortable bed and big bathroom which included a bath/shower, bidet, free shampoo/bodywash and hand soap. We got the buffet breakfast and there was great variety both mornings and a wide selection of foods. Really central location if you’re interested in exploring Old Town, we both agreed that we would try to book here again next time we visit.

“So glad we found this hotel!”
This hotel is a GREAT place to stay in Prague. It has the best location, only steps to the historic square. The staff is so nice and the rooms are very clean. Very affordable and so convenient. Breakfast was nice, too and included in the rate. Do not hesitate to stay here. .

“Lovely Hotel near Old Town Square”
A nice hotel in a great location in Old Town. We stayed for four nights and it was a comfortable stay. Our room was clean, spacious and traditionally decorated. We did hear some noise from the street but it didn't impact on our stay. The staff were very friendly and happy to help.

Stayed here for 3 nights beginning of December to visit the Christmas markets etc. Hotel location is excellent right by the old town square Christmas markets and tree. We arrived before check in time but our 3 rooms were available which was great. The rooms we had were on the 2nd and 3rd floor all very large and clean. The beds were comfortable, the first 2 nights we heard little noise from the street below but I think as we were coming towards the end of the week it was starting to get busier with weekend revellers so there was noise on the last night. The hotel and rooms were very hot which is great if it was freezing outside but it was mild. Even after turning the heating down on the radiators it was still hot and stuffy and made me feel quite poorly. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, there is a fully stocked mini bar which you would need to pay for if you want to use it there was a nite to say that you could not put your own items in the fridge which was a bit rubbish especially if you were staying there in the summer. There is a kettle in the room a few sachets of tea but no coffee or milk which is a bit pointless. Breakfast was included in our booking which was ok. I don’t think I would have wanted to pay for it as what was provided was a little limited. Overcooked bacon, some frankfurter sausages an and scrambled egg was the hot selections. With a few pastries and yoghurts for the cold plus more continental items like ham and cheese. The hotel could do with investing in a new toaster as the one they had hardly heated up and took ages to barely toast some bread. The coffee was poor in the restaurant and was more foam than coffee it wasn’t the best hotel coffee I have ever had. The staff were slow in clearly the tables and wernt particularly friendly. The restaurant is very small with a few tables so gets full quickly. I would recommend going down before 9am to get a seat. Free WiFi in the hotel is good, the staff on reception were formerly and helpful. There is a luggage room if you need to use it. You can eat in the restaurant for Lunch and dinner, which I think is also open to the public, the downstairs area had a strong smell of cooking which wasn’t that nice reminded me of an old peoples home along with some of the decor. The hotel was warm and comfortable and in a great location but I think could do with some Modernising especially in the bar and restaurant areas with the furniture. I would definately recommend the hotel And if I ever visited Prague again would definately consider staying there.
