“Great location ”
Can’t say a bad word about this hotel, perfect location for our stay, only a couple minutes walk to town. Hotel staff are really helpful, we had an issue with our lost luggage (EasyJet’s fault) and the hotel staff were happy to make phone calls to locate our luggage. Whilst staying it was my partne… more
Can’t say a bad word about this hotel, perfect location for our stay, only a couple minutes walk to town. Hotel staff are really helpful, we had an issue with our lost luggage (EasyJet’s fault) and the hotel staff were happy to make phone calls to locate our luggage. Whilst staying it was my partners birthday and on return to our room we were treated with chocolates and wine as a lovely surprise. The hotel isn’t the most up to date but very clean and comfortable.

The Hotel is a budget-friendly hotel with enjoyable free buffet breakfast. Just outside it, is a tram stop where you can start exploring Prague. It is easy to locate from alighting at the main train station (where we alighted from Budapest, Hungary). The front desk personnel is very helpful to guide you through what tram to take and will even assist you look for a guided tour (in our case, as joiners) among others. Though the room is quite small but the beds are comfortable for travellers who hop from city to city or country to country either by train or plane as the Hotel is safe with friendly and accommodating personnel and it is strategically located.
