A excellent hotel, I arrived at 1am in the morning after my flight was delayed 3 and half hours, The young lady on reception was so welcoming and very polite. My room first floor was very nice,clean and quiet, With a court yard view and facilities with a Exspesso coffee machine. That made tea as well, Extra pillow was handy as well and there was a mini bar fridge with alcohol and soft drinks and chocolates as well. The breakfast, Help your self, was free, and excellent, Hot scrambled eggs,plus fried, bacon, sausage, beans and tomatoes also cold meats and different cereals plus fruit, Tea and any coffee you wish for.The variety of foods were great and all fresh. Location good, 15 - 20 mins walk to Charles bridge and into city centre and at the main rd were trams/busses as well. All of the staff I met were so friendly and so kind.

The hotel location / checking in / staff This is one of the better hotels I've stayed at in quite a while. Great location that made it very easy to walk to the city center, but with ample public transit options close by, making it easy to take transit from the airport. The hotel offers an airport taxi for a standard fee, which we took advantage of. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around as well. There's an elevator that kinda bounces sometimes, but otherwise fine. They are actively doing renovations on some of the floors, which tells me they are always working on being the best. I didn't hear any noise or anything, I merely went into the wrong door while going down the stairs. Staff knew English and was very friendly and easy to talk to. The Room Our room was on the 3rd floor. It had an a/c unit but it didn't really work well enough, but a standing fan already in the room compensated for this. Beautiful big windows to open and help with the air flow. The curtains were probably black out but the velcro on them didn't line up and we needed to use eye masks. The bed was very comfortable. Usually pillows in hotels suck, but these were perfect! The right amount of fluff and firmness, none of that fluff where you have to fold it over to sleep. They gave us 2 full size pillows and 2 smaller pillows. There are outlets all around the room too. The one on my bf's side didn't work, but plenty of other options. There was a safe, that worked in the wardrobe. Wardrobe had mirrors on the doors too. There was a coffee machine but we didn't use it. There is a mini fridge, however it is stocked with food/drink to buy and didn't allow for us to put our stuff in there. I wish there was more room for that. Oh and the bathrooms and slippers was a great addition to the room. Bathroom The bathroom was a good size. The water pressure and shower head were awesome. Water is safe to drink from the tap and tasted good. There was an additional light by the mirror/vanity/sink. The only negative was that the sink is so huge that it takes away the very little counter space available. I would also love if the shower box had shelves of some kind b/c otherwise your toiletries are sitting precariously on the box frame. Toiletries were provided and finally a hotel that gives you a bigger bottle of conditioner! Housekeeping Housekeeping was great! Every day, our room would be freshened up, towels changed out every couple of days and they would clean the floors too. Breakfast The breakfast is really solid. It has a professional coffee machine to make anything you want. There was a pancake machine, meats, cheeses, bread, hot foods like eggs, sausage, bacon, beans, potatoes etc. I wish there was more fruit, but there is a small fruit basket. Also the hours of breakfast is generous (until 11) and as a couple who showed up early and late, I can say that even if you come past 10am, they do replenish right along so you won't be getting scraps. And you'll get the best rates booking directly through their site and not a 3rd party. I price checked everywhere! I would stay here again and recommend it to friends

Due to certain circumstanses we luckily found this hotel in Prague in a very very short notice (already in Prague, being scammed with our booking for an other location). We stayed for around three weeks in Christmastime 2022-2023 and it was OK. The room was a bit small and had only a window to a messy backyard, but inside it was very clean, comfortable big bed and bathroom, and the service was excellent all around the clock. We also enjoyed the main decoration as well as the funny shoe cleaner machines they had in our floor that you can use any time for free to shine up your leather shoes :) We liked the breakfast that was included to the price, but as usually, in three weeks it became a bit boring eating the same stuff every day and sometimes we needed to hurry up in case we wanted to have the sweets (especially the small white round douhnugts!) as well. There was a small fridge and a coffee machine with capsules in the room, great! Location for us was perfect (easy walk, tram etc.).
