On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

(also has a small pool) There's even a lift so you don't have to lug your luggage . Location is 5 minutes walk from the bus station which takes you to the metro. you can be in the city centre from 25- 35 minutes depending on where you are going. We would stay here again.

A beautiful little hotel just outside the town. The building was beautiful with well-appointed rooms and excellent bathrooms. The hotel also had a swimming pool which unfortunately we could not use. The only thing they could improve is the quality of the mattresses. I must mention the person who manages the hotel. He was extremely helpful. He told us the best places to visit and how to get there. He also offered to give us some change for the bus fare. He is an asset to that place.

The price, for the size of the room, was right (55 euros a night). We had requested twin beds at the time of booking (2.5 months earlier) via hotels dot com. I'm not sure why this didn't happen, but I recommend you follow up directly with the hotel for such requests early on. They answer emails promptly. The sofa converted to a bed and we took the topper off of one of the double beds to make two beds. The room was spacious. The bathroom was a good size with hot water. Breakfast was ok, and was included in the price. A trip into town was an easy bus and subway ride away. About 30 minutes. A taxi to the airport was 470 (there is no shuttle). Uber would have been cheaper (under 400). The reception closes at 10pm so this would be problematic for late check ins. Reception opens at 7am or 8am. The reception staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. Dog friendly, with a grassy park area next door! You get a kettle in the room. There are Asian, Vietnamese and Indian restaurants within a 10 min. walk, along with a mini mart.
