Absolutely outstanding! It’s not usual forms to trust the pictures submitted from management as I know they are done by processional photographers when the hotel first is built and only the best rooms are shown and the food is all put out _ so basically not what they typical guest gets! However the pics for this hotel are really true of what you can expect. The food was outstanding in the sukka and in the restaurant for every meal. The rooms were almost newly refurbished with very large showers/ bathrooms with l’occitane products. The swimming pool and spa whilst not big were ample and clean and well maintained. The synagogue was well stocked and beautifully decorated and a good size. The kosher milky restaurant was as good as any non kosher one and was open all times till late at night even sat night. The hotel staff knew about religious Jews needs and couldn’t do enough to help us. Shabbat lamps and Shabbos keys for every room. A shabbas elevator also. Thank you to the staff and also the mashgiach Benny for an amazing sukkos. If I want to look for something to fault, like most reviewers do then it’s the WiFi which had it moments! However everything else including location were amazing.

One of the finest and best hotel facility in the world. We stayed at this hotel for three days. The care and attention paid to make stay of their patrons are above and beyond. We were extremely surprised when we return the hotel following private dinner in a hotel after watching The Prague astronomical clock in Old Prague a gorgeous “Birth Cake" in our room. I never mentioned but the management may be learned from the passport amazing people and attention to details. I never seen this type of attention to details in any hotel worldwide. The memories would stay in our minds forever. All glories to the Management of the this finest hotel. A walking distance from the railway station and other facility.

“exallent hotel, dont hesitate”
the rooms and the service are great, the rooms are very clean and plesant, we got the room as we arrived at the early morning and got free upgrade to the whole stay, kosher rich and very quality meals. very comfortable bed pillows and sheets, thank you.

“Lovely hotel in the heart of Prague”
Beautiful room and facilities. Wonderful location. Super helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other families. The kosher part of the experience felt alienating as other guests were thoroughly discourteous and unfriendly, not replying to good mornings or such nicet… more

“5 star in their dreams”
Besides the food that was amazing, the rooms were dirty (carpet and windows, the sills were black from dust and never cleaned). We didn’t sleep for 4 nights as you can’t control the temperature in the room and it was boiling 26 degrees, not normal. Staff were unfriendly, they hire the cheapest labo… more
Besides the food that was amazing, the rooms were dirty (carpet and windows, the sills were black from dust and never cleaned). We didn’t sleep for 4 nights as you can’t control the temperature in the room and it was boiling 26 degrees, not normal. Staff were unfriendly, they hire the cheapest labour. In such times when security would be so important, they put on a very obese guard who eats at the desk and couldn’t catch a cat. It is a joke to call themselves 5 star, maybe according Israeli standards but definitely not European ones.
