Fantastic location! Service was really good, the lady and gent that were there most of our stay were so lovely and super helpful. There was a different lady on the last day, she wasn’t so helpful and quite rude when asking about our Uber pick up location. The rooms were good and spacious! The breakfast was ok, just the seating arrangements were quite confined to a small area so felt quite cramped especially with 2 little kids. Overall, we highly recommend!

What a pleasant surprise. A few years ago I stayed up the road from this hotel and had no idea that hidden behind the great big door was Czech design heaven...well if you like pretty bright objects, vintage toys and design classics. The front desk is very welcoming, you then get in the lift, to the assigned floor and into your room. Boom. Psychedelic wallpaper, 60's lamps, huge windows...I had a sitting room as well as the bedroom. I opened the windows wide and let the sights and sounds of Prague flow in. My friend was on the top floor and had two little balconettes! Perfect for a beer overlooking the roofs. Breakfast is just as relaxing...though later than you normally see. My only gripe, and you see this as a recurring issue for me...the pillows were too soft...like big fluffy pillows... But I will be back.

“Great place”

Hotel is in a perfect location, close to main sights, with good conection on publick transport and restaurants nerby. Room was clean and tidy. Staff is helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was excelent, i like a coffee. I would recomend this place

Moqueta en mal estado, instalaciones y muebles con falta de mantenimiento, buffet muy básico y baño horroroso, y no solo por la estética, si no por lo incómodo. 3 estrellas y gracias Situado en una de las mejores zonas de Praga. Y poco más bueno que decir. Moqueta en mal estado, instalaciones y muebles con falta de mantenimiento, buffet muy básico y baño horroroso, y no solo por la estética, si no por lo incómodo. La ducha no permitía colgar la alcachofa y se salía todo el agua porque la mampara no tenía goma. El espejo del baño estaba a tal altura que una persona de menos de 1.70 no se ve ni para peinarse ni para maquillarse ni para nada. Y la amabilidad del personal la pongo al nivel del mantenimiento de la moqueta, nula, a excepción de un chico joven en recepción. En resumen, no volvería. Located in one of the best areas of Prague. And that's about the only good thing to say. The carpet was in poor condition, the facilities and furniture lacked maintenance, the buffet was very basic, and the bathroom was terrible, not just aesthetically, but also because it was uncomfortable. The shower did not allow the showerhead to be hung up, and water leaked everywhere because the shower door lacked a seal. The bathroom mirror was positioned so high that a person under 1.70 meters tall couldn't see themselves to comb their hair, apply makeup, or do anything else. As for the staff's friendliness, I would rate it on the same level as the maintenance of the carpet: none, with the exception of a young guy at the reception. In summary, I would not return
