“Great Experience”

Bang on the center of the city, the hotel is cozy with fresh linen and a good breakfast. The lady at the reception guided us to make use of the tram services in the city and visit the castle on our own. There is a good vegan resturant just across the street.

I am satisfied with: the readiness of the personnel to help, the breakfast - tasty and a sufficient choice, teapot in the room, the bathroom and especially the location of the hotel. I did not like: no fridge in the room, the fact that when there were people in the next room, we HEARD and FELT their steps as if they were in our room which was a bit annoying at night

“Slow WiFi”

The hotel location is excellent for visiting the university and the area around the Bridge. Also on the same block as the I.P. Pavlova subway station. The wifi connection was extremely slow, and even non-existent on some days. Complaints on the wifi condition were not handled by the reception swift… more

The hotel location is excellent for visiting the university and the area around the Bridge. Also on the same block as the I.P. Pavlova subway station. The wifi connection was extremely slow, and even non-existent on some days. Complaints on the wifi condition were not handled by the reception swiftly. The room was small and congested, and the shower was weak. Ancient elevator allowed 2 people max. An insect was found on the window curtain.

“Weird but nice”

This is an odd review as the hotel is odd in itself! Our room was massive with a king size and a single bed in it. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. This is an odd review as the hotel is odd in itself! Our room was massive with a king size and a single bed in it. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Negative point-no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We like a coffee/tea when we get back from our day out. The dining room was quite small (compared to our bedroom, the dining room was tiny) however the food was good! No fry up here, just cereal and continental breakfast but very nice. The lift, although beautiful and original, was a bit scary and ‘bouncy’! Overall we had a nice stay here, only complaint was the tea/coffee making facilities.
