On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Good price, old town”
We stayed 1 night at this apartment, reasonable price in old town ,but could not sleep well because of loud speaking drunk people,under our window.we went by walk to dancing building, Charles bridge and old town.

“Good for a family of 4”
Stayed here with my family including 2 boys aged 9 and 10. The apartments are small and a bit old but clean. The location was excellent as we walked wherever we wanted to go. We also felt safe walking around the area late at night as we watched the fireworks at midnight on new years eve.

“Nice and clean appartement”
Appartement is nicely situated in old building; public transport within 5 min walking distance. Transfer with keys appartment was flawless. Beds 5+, small supermarkt at 25 meter and several bars and restaurants closeby.
