It’s a very good hotel !!! The people who work are incredible !! There is a lot of animation especially at the beach and at the theater (alex, seiko and mado are the best) !! The food was very good they was a great variety and the waiters were super nice and was always ready to serve us !

Excellent hotel, very clean. The food was good, especially the dinner grill, which was great, and every day was different. We had special Valentine's Day dinner, and it was really special, nicely presented. Nice beach, a lot of fun with the animation team. Great evening show.

I've chosen Caribbean World in Soma Bay because of the unique sandy spacious beach and location that provides clean air with minimum polution. I wasn't sure about the rest initially but everything looks better in reality there than it does on pictures. Lobby is spacious, clean and elegant, pleasant, restaurant. Two ATM cash machines make life easier. Limousine services reliable. Staff very helpful and kind. Fantastic, truly cheerful, very energetic, genuinely friendly Animation Team with great dancers Alex, Senzo and others and all that in winter season! I loved, in particular beautiful, well maintained garden and magnificent palm trees. Most people there working really hard and create good atmosphere. Hotel is like a true oasis in the desert. I would say 4 star, in "Caribbean" style hence cannot be full luxury due to the idea itself and bathroom or some interior design or execution not really my cup of tea but great services like great housekeeping- towels, bed linen changed every day, additional local attractions, quad bikes, diving, snorkeling, good services, waiters, chefs and beach attendent Ahmed working in area close to Dive centre makes it up. Ahmed often made our day, he is a beach attendent who provides top class service: helpful, hard working, often discreetly. Ramadan skilfull, nice, snorkeling guide and Mohamed very kind diving instructor both very caring, professionals going beyond and above not because they have to but because they want to. Overall quality impression of the hotel 8.5/10 and it's good value for money. But vibes and people mentioned here 10 out of 10 and I'm fussy but they spoiled us. People are very important. Thank you for amazing, satisfying 2 week stay.

Caribbean World Resort Soma Bay is a beautiful hotel. It has its charm thanks to the large, well-kept gardens, very pleasant thanks to the variety of flowers and tall palm trees. The beach is large and well-kept, cleaned every day. Great services and smiles contribute to pleasant stay on the beach, Ahmed especially helpful and kind. Animation team creates a friendly atmosphere, encourage fun and activities on the beach. Great dancers and cheerful people. Especially Alex's positive energy was very contagious to me. The food was delicious, varied and the rooms cleaned, bed linen changed every day. A wonderful holiday - there were also many attractions near the beach. Perfect quad trip - desert and mountains, lots of beautiful views, photos and attractions. Also snorkeling and diving in the diving center by the beach was extremely satisfying. Diving instructor Mohamed and snorkeling guide - Ramadan always cheerful, took perfect care of us both on the boat and in the water. I'm grateful for making our days and always greeting us with positive energy.
