It's very nice Hotel and The animation at the Sheraton Hotel was wonderful, but when the team changed, I felt depressed and bored, and I came to this hotel over and over again, and I only felt happy with this team, and it was from one of this sports and dance team, Mezo and Joo. I thank them in particular, and I love and thank the very helpful and respectful staff, and I hope to see them again, especially the former animation team.♥️♥️♥️

My fiance and I enjoyed our best Marriott experience ever at Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with exceptional service and an amazing, secluded beachfront location. Special shout outs to Ramy Raouf (Marketing Manager) and Noha Kamel (Director of Quality Assurance) for exceeding our expectations in terms of superior guest service and hospitality, as well as George in Guest Services. Rawan Farrag at Reception accommodated us in a beautiful ocean view room. And in the restaurant, we enjoyed absolutely delicious gourmet dishes, thanks to the Culinary Director Warren, and the managers Yasser El Gamal and Mo Shebl, and Hamdy who prepared the tastiest grilled kebabs. Thanks to all the friendly, engaging staff and the GM Boris Bornman, we will definitely return in the near future!

“Excellent customer experience and very friendly and helpful staff”
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Open Buffet included large variety of items. Enjoyed the stay and experience. Rooms are large but a little bit outdated, however they are currently running renovation in Hotel. Thanks Sheraton for the lovely stay and experience.

Price performance was absolutely justified.The food was very varied. The service staff at the food and bars were particularly attentive, friendly and quick. German was spoken, but also English. Price performance was absolutely justified.The food was very varied. The service staff at the food and bars were particularly attentive, friendly and quick. German was spoken, but also English. Special praise goes to Taha at the Solar Bar. Taha's service was excellent and our every need was met. His friendly, respectful and helpful manner really made our stay very pleasant. Employees like Taha cannot be missing in a good hotel! I would also like to highlight the animation Ziena and Mezo, who gave everything to entertain us. (Botcha, step aerobics magic tricks, dancing, yoga, volleyball...) Both of them infected us with their good mood and often made us laugh. The rooms are very well equipped and super clean. Compliments to the cleaning service! We would love to come back and can only recommend the hotel.

This is a large hotel which can be confusing to locate its various components. It is currently being renovated so some elements are temporarily closed or relocated. It took us a couple of days to find where everything was. At first even locating our room was difficult as the hotel design is a bit of a maze. Our room 1351 was on the third floor and had lovely view of the sea. The room was spacious and had a nice sized balcony. It seemed to have been renovated recently. It was nicely finished and the bed was comfortable. There was good lighting throughout. The bathroom was a good size with a large walking shower. Currently there is one restaurant open for breakfast and lunch and another open for dinner. All meals were buffet style but you could order a la carte at lunch. Because of the buffet approach the food was not outstanding. It was good and there was a large variety at dinner but lunch and breakfast was more limited. The staff were all friendly but dinner was so busy that the staff seemed rushed.
