“Nice hotel, centrally located”
Really nice hotel in the centre of Rovaniemi. Breakfast is included in the price and has a hot section, continental style and cereals. Staff were friendly. The hotel also has a gym and both male and female saunas but we didn’t use either. We checked in about an hour ahead of official time.

“Travelling with family”
The hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to the airport and starting points for tours to all sightseeing locations. The hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to the airport and starting points for tours to all sightseeing locations. As such, there is no need to book a tour to Santa Claus' village or pre-arrange an airport transfer. Taxis and Ubers are readily available at any time of day and both takes less than 20 mins. The room was clean and sufficiently equipped for a family of four. It was cold, but a technician came and fixed it immediately after we informed reception during the day, even on a Sunday. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel has a central location right in the centre of Rovaniemi, easily walkable around the town and to bars and restaurants in the town. Warm welcome by reception and easy check in. The staff were were always helpful. The standard room is quite small and the bathroom even smaller. It was maintained to a good standard and everything worked but you wouldn't call it luxurious. There are shelves and hanging space for clothes storage. Probably enough for an usual stay but with all the winter weather gear this was quite tight. The room window looked out inside the hotel over the restaurant area and a lot of the rooms seem to have this arrangement. This wasn't as good as having an outside window. Plenty of variety at the buffet breakfast and reasonable quality. Overall I'd stay there again. I found it expensive for what you get but it was peak season.
