The staff were pleasant enough upon arrival. The parking instructions and parking garage were fantastic, so accessible and large parking spaces. The apartment was clean, quiet, large with a separate bedroom, large bathroom with two sinks, washer/dryer, large fridge, very good lighting, heaters, windows that opened (fresh air!), couch, large table and chairs and kitchenette. There were a lot of towels and lovely products. The location is fantastic as it is right next to a Westfield, train station and the main square which has loads of restaurants, shops and tourist things to do such as the Christmas markets. The location is also close to picking up a bus tours of Lille. The downsides were that the shower was extremely slippery and dangerous with no railing, there was no laundry detergent provided and the bed was very hard. Overall, the apartment was a very good choice for families as there is plenty of room to move around and amenities.

It was ‘okay’. Certainly not the best Citadines I’ve stayed at. There are stains, rips and it wasn’t to a high standard of cleaning, when you really looked. I hate interconnecting doors. It was ‘okay’. Certainly not the best Citadines I’ve stayed at. There are stains, rips and it wasn’t to a high standard of cleaning, when you really looked. I hate interconnecting doors. Unless you are sharing that door with someone else. In this case I should have been as I made two bookings. I don’t understand why they didn’t do it. With those doors, noise and cooking smells travel. You could hear people clicking off lights! Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Property was very easy to get to and useful being literally above the Lille Westfield.

We visited Lille for the France v Scotland football match. This is an Aparthotel that is between the two main train stations in Lille, 3 minutes walk to either station and 10 minutes to Lille old town and the main square in Lille. We are a family of 5 and unfortunately there is no accommodation suitable for a family of 5. We therefore booked 2 apartments. Each apartment was clean and tidy and had all the required necessities. Our apartments were corner apartments on the 10th floor and we had great views over Lille. It was a little expensive for 3 nights due to requiring 2 apartments.

Great room. Two single beds, a separate barhroom and toilet with a small kitchenette, Good wifi and French television. Check in was efficient and staff were extremely helpful. Baggage storage available. Hotel is in between the Lille Metro and Lille Europe stations and on the edge of the old town. The only downside is no air conditioning and we used a fan in the room to keep cool. Rates were reasonable.

Fantastic location right next to Lille Flanders and really easy to get to the great restaurants and bars of Lille along with the old town. Very friendly reception staff who were all willing to help with enquiries. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen area but no tea or coffee in the room. Would certainly stay again.
