“Good Value City Centre Hotel.”
Great value for a city centre hotel. Close to all the sites and loads of bars and places to eat. Room small but fit for purpose. One little thing was the TV had no English channels which was a little disappointing. Continental breakfast adequate.

Stayed for a couple of days. The hotel is well-located; a twenty minute walk from the railway stations and situated in a pleasant, vibrant area, close to the city-centre and all its amenities. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful and contrary to some of the other reviews, I found the hotel to be clean and well laid-out. There was a really big choice at breakfast and the food on offer was of very good quality. Fresh fruit and an apple compote were available, but a fresh fruit salad would have been a welcome addition. The scrambled egg was the best I've ever had and if it is made from powdered egg (as it is in some hotels) I would love to know the name of the supplier! Even ten minutes before breakfast closed, the scrambled egg remained light and fluffy. The only reason I haven't given five stars is because there was a plumbing problem, which meant the toilet in our room was perpetually flushing, on the second day of our stay. The staff were very helpful in offering us another room, immediately. Unfortunately, the second room was close to an external fan, which disturbed my wife as she is a light sleeper. The staff offered us another room, but we couldn't face yet another move. Hope to visit Lille again soon and would be more than happy to stay in this hotel

“Super Pleasant Stay!”
The hotel is run like clockwork very clean, all of the staff are very hospitable and warm. The breakfast is consistent but it’s the only thing that needs tweaking. Loved my stay! “Good location, not so good amenities”
Staff were lovely and hotel is in a good location. (Getting in/out the car park is VERY tight) Assisted room was sub standard. Standard height look with only 1 bar. Staff were lovely and hotel is in a good location. (Getting in/out the car park is VERY tight) Assisted room was sub standard. Standard height look with only 1 bar. The few grab rails were a mix of bolted on & stuck on which didn’t instil confidence. Also randomly placed. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. We left a night early due to being informed last minute of need to move car to a car park 35 min walk away due to road closures. Staff were great about it but wasn’t ideal.
