“I was so happy with my wonderful welcome here”
A special mention to Sulleman at Reception who was very helpful and kind. Certainly deserves a commendation. He has a great sense of humour and even understood my English Sarcasm. Thank you. The hotel and pool and tea lounge is wonderful. Appreciated the lovely welcome and nice room.

“Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Staff”

A very beautiful hotel with a history. We stayed here for two nights. Upon entry, we were greeted by Thomas, he was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. The front desk staff as well as the breakfast and bar went above and beyond in guest service. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy the spa but the facilities were very clean and welcoming. Within walking distance to Lille city and an Uber ride away from Fromelles where we went to the Museum and walked through cemeteries from the World War which displayed the sacrifices made to ensure our freedoms. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lille.

As with every stay we've had at l'Hermitage, this stay was exceptional. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are particularly outstanding--attentive, knowledgeable, anticipating needs, genuinely concerned. Even before we arrived, our room had been carefully chosen for us. The front desk recognized me as I walked in--amazing. The breakfast is high quality, a wide variety, delicious. Here too, every staff member is so attentive and thoughtful. The hotel itself is "for the ages" beautiful, unique architecture and beauty.
