“Pilgramage stay. 13th/17th June 2023”
From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome, the hotel was well situated and only a 5 /10 minute walk to the sanctuary and surrounding shops, bars and restaurants. From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome, the hotel was well situated and only a 5 /10 minute walk to the sanctuary and surrounding shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and there was adequate choice for the continental breakfast. I would like to make a special mention to Tiago(prob spelt wrong) who worked the late shift while we were staying and was very attentive, his grasp of the English language......and patience with our attemp to converse in french should be commended. There is only one negative point and that was that the hotel website states that you can have an iron/ironing board on request....however this is not the case, Tiago, already mentioned however did find us an iron to use so I ironed on a towel on the floor, OK for myself as able bodied but someone with mobility issues would struggle. All in all though a very pleasant stay, in a lovely pieceful, holy part of France.(rooms 309/312)

“Excellent all round ”
Had a lovely weekend stay in the Atrium Mondial . Great corner top floor room with view of castle . Excellent WiFi - ideal when watching World Cup rugby on iPad ! Breakfast sufficient . Staff very helpful . Hotel in quiet location yet only 5 to 10 minutes walk to shops , restaurants and grotto .

The staff were helpful, friendly and polite, but the bedroom size was a bit too small as well the bathroom size which was different from the advertised pictures online. The sound insulation needed to be improved because I could my next door people talking until late night and it was quite disturbi… more
The staff were helpful, friendly and polite, but the bedroom size was a bit too small as well the bathroom size which was different from the advertised pictures online. The sound insulation needed to be improved because I could my next door people talking until late night and it was quite disturbing while I was sleeping. If the bathroom dressing area was a lot bigger would be perfect. Since I was not able to put all my toiletries and make up stuffs in the bathroom, unfortunately.

Hotel Atrium is housed in a nice, renovated building in a very quite area of downtown Lourdes, few minutes walk from both the Sanctuary and the Castle. The common area is nice, clean and full of light. The room we were given was small, yet adequately sized, and basic but acceptably clean. The bathroom as well, although the shower was an annoying problem, as the head could not be kept attached to the wall. Breakfast once again was basic but fair for a 3-star hotel. All in all a good experience with the minus of the shower
