“Excellent hotel in Angers”
The hotel has a secure underground car park for 15 EUR per night, and we were emailed the access code a day or so before our arrival. This meant we could drive straight in when we arrived. The hotel has a secure underground car park for 15 EUR per night, and we were emailed the access code a day or so before our arrival. This meant we could drive straight in when we arrived. There is a lift from the car park to the ground floor, then another lift to the bedrooms. Check-in was quick and friendly. Our room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, chair and table, tea/coffee facilities, mini-fridge and last but not least, a view of the Jardin des Plantes. As a result, the room was very quiet. The breakfast room on the ground floor also had a view of the Jardin. The breakfast choice was excellent. The hotel is around 5-10 mins walk to the city centre, also there is a tram stop outside. Highly recommnded for a trip to Angers.

“Excellent”
A very clean hotel with spacious room. Centrally located to bars, restaurants, and the castle. Secure underground parking access round the cornwr from the hotel. Tea/coffee making facilities in room. Can highly recommend very friendly staff too

“Staff and room were 100%”
Lovely staff and room. Quiet time for this ‘conference hotel’ with no conference! The staff literally saved us as with a broken down car we arrived on our bike (tandem) They helped negotiate with the garage and were the centre pin to saving our caravan holiday!

This was the first time we had visited Angers - a lovely historic town: we will be returning and will without doubt stay in this hotel again. One great advantage was the tram stop right outside the hotel which meant that we could explore the town without having to use our car

“Some of the most helpful staff I have encountered anywhere”

Room was comfortable and light .It gave on to the adjacent park so was super quiet no traffic noise at all.Only disadvantage was hotel room did not have a safe though safe facilities are I understand available at reception.. We received a great welcome from Léa on reception who was exceptionally helpful in providing details of restaurants and directions.My search to find somewhere televising a football match was extensive wandering around much of the city but Léa went to great lengths to try to track somewhere down.-definitely went the extra mile in every way -even staying on beyond her time before going home to serve us drinks-a gem. All of the other staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful too.Exceptional in a chain hotel.
