On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Nice place next to Gare De Tours”
Perfect if you need to make day trips to see the chateaux. Its not near old town. Yet it is literally across the street from Gare de Tours and the major bus stations. The TI is 1/2 block away. The hotel has old world charm!

Stayed for 2 nights in this lovely quaint hotel. The couple running the hotel had very basic English but this added to the experience in my opinion of being in Tours. They were friendly, helpful and kind as were their staff. It is very centrally located and most of the sights like cathedrals and the Loire river are within walking distance of this hotel. The train station is just a two minute walk across the street. The room was perfectly adequate with en suite toilet and shower. For the price,it was perfect. The breakfast was also equally very good. It is an older building but again,my room was very, very acceptable.I enjoyed my stay here very much and would certainly return if I found myself back in this neck of the woods.

“Clean hotel in central Tours”
A very old, and dated, but clean hotel in central Tours across the street from the train station. I liked it but it is not for everyone. A very old, and dated, but clean hotel in central Tours across the street from the train station. I liked it but it is not for everyone. There was a slight smell that I would attribute to the age of the hotel, something like you`d sense in an old book store. It wasn`t bothersome, and something you might expect in older, similarly level establishments. Some maintenance and repairs required, but nothing major (example loose baseboards needed to be nailed in). We had error on our bill (double charge for parking), but when brought to the attention of the helpful front desk agent, it was quickly resolved
