A nice hotel in a well-located part of Paris. Reasonably priced. Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. A nice hotel in a well-located part of Paris. Reasonably priced. Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel is located only a 5 minute walk from St Michel metro station (trains come directly from Gare-du-Nord). The hotel and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was included and it was suitable for vegetarians. Cons: The noise from the road was a bit high because the balcony door didn't close perfectly in the frame, so it leaked noise. The room was small. I wasn't here much of the time but that might bother you. The room got pretty hot, even in March. The air conditioner made a lot of noise but didn't produce any cold air.

“Very good location; no elevator from ground floor”

Small hotel. Very good location in terms of stores & dining, but quite a noisy area as well. The entrance is near the corner, but can easily be missed. No elevator from the ground floor to the reception floor 1 level up, so keep that in mind if you cannot bring your luggage up a curving staircase.… more

“Lovely hotel with a couple of minor niggles”

Loved this hotel, ideally located with excellent transport links. Room was bijou but adequate with a comfy bed and good shower and immaculately clean. Breakfast was good, fresh with everything you needed and of good quality. Only a couple of little things marred our stay, the lift was out of order … more

Loved this hotel, ideally located with excellent transport links. Room was bijou but adequate with a comfy bed and good shower and immaculately clean. Breakfast was good, fresh with everything you needed and of good quality. Only a couple of little things marred our stay, the lift was out of order for over 2 days meaning we had to walk up 4 flights of a small spiral staircase, when we got to our floor the light had gone out and the landing was cluttered with cardboard packing boxes which were there for several days. Tea/coffee making facilities would have been great or if not an option to buy a coffee or tea from the hotel. Lastly the toiletries were not consistent, day 1 the tiniest tablet of soap was left (never replaced), the second a small tube of shampoo and the 3rd & 4th small tubes of shampoo & shower gel, I would have thought that these would have been replenished daily with something at least that you could wash your hands with. Like I say, a lovely hotel but a couple of things that need attention. I would definitely stay here again and would still recommend it to anyone.

Very central. Nice room and bathroom which could have been cleaner. Good bed, and lovely dark curtains.
