Apartments are very clean and equiped with everything you need for shotr stay. Felippe is very kind. We arive late, 23:30h ahm he didnt charge us fo late chek in. “The cryptkeeper”

My friend and I stayed in March for a couple of nights. The hotel is completely run down. The wall paper is ripped off the walls, the lift/elevator felt like we were on a journey to hell, the bathroom looked like it needed a serious renovation! The flush was broken at the button and everywhere in the bathroom looked dirty and mouldy.The air con did not work at all and so we had bouts of being really hot and then really cold?! The room itself was really small but that’s usual for Paris hotels. The noise levels were extremely high. We could hear everything from the hallway outside our room. The manager (a guy with whiteish hair) really seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Every time I approached him about something, he just sighed and then gave me some really sharp response. We both ended up calling him the ‘cryptkeeper’! We didn’t dare to approach him. He seemed like he needed to go on an anger management course until he was allowed back in customer service. Positive points: The bed was comfortable. The hotel location was round the corner from Sephora. The price of the hotel was pretty cheap for Paris. All in all, you get what you pay for. Would I stay again? Yes if i was only staying at the hotel for sleep and did not need to communicate with the staff!

“Nice old hotel and very affordable”
Quiet hotel but would need upgrade. However room was very clean and bed comfortable. Good if you are on budget of less than 85 euro. Staff was nice. Also an elevator. Close to restaurant Edgar where you can have nice breakfast
