My mum and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of January and had the most fantastic time. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Our room on the 4th floor had a balcony with amazing views of the city. The breakfast was good, everything you needed and the staff were great, they went above and beyond for us and really made us feel welcome. The location was perfect. We used the metro too which was a 5 min walk. There's lots of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep, too. We will definitely be returning to this great hotel. We made some very special memories here. Would totally recommend it.

Super friendly staff. Clean and so easy to get around. The location is close to everything and easy to get around on foot, bicycle and the metro. It’s also super close to Gard du Nord, the main Paris train station. The continental breakfast is really good too.

When I arrived on a mobility scooter the lady on the desk was very abrupt. We were provided with a very small room. I asked if we could have a kettle in our room and was told no, you had to come down to Reception for hot water. The next morning, without any explanation, we were told they needed to change our room. Things hadn't been going well up to this point so imagine our surprise when we were moved into a newly renovated, large, accessible room on the ground floor for our next 2 nights. The communication from the lady on the front desk was poor but in the end we had a great room.
