On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great location”
Very friendly and helpful and even spoke English. Comfortable room and perfectly located for both Gare De L'Est and Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. Bathroom even had a bath. There was a flat screen TV and the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent helpful staff even when I got things like city tax wrong and sorted me out with adaptor for plugs.Only temporary draw back was work outside and people chose to use confined space as a place to relive themselves but this should be gone soon.Walked from Gare du Nord just look for the 3 red canopies to find it

We stayed 1 night in mid July. The air conditioner worked great! There is no elevator so you need to carry your luggage up stairs. It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel but the location was great for getting on the train early the next morning. We did not hear any train noise. We had a mouse in our room that we didn't know about until the morning. It chewed a hole in our backpack and in several snack items so we had to throw them all out. The room was clean.

Stayed one night before onward travel from Gare d'Est so location was perfect for us. It's a budget hotel but twin room had two windows and was very clean and spacious. Had kettle and tea making facilities which we appreciated. Our big gripe was that we searched for a hotel with air conditioning as Paris was in the middle of a heatwave. However it was non-operational and room was extremely hot. We asked for room change but unless we moved to another floor which only had double beds there was nothing available. They did supply two fans which helped greatly. Yes, we could hear the rumble of trains but we expected that as we were basically in the station. It didn't stop us sleeping. Staff was lovely - a definite highlight . If air con had worked I would have given one more star!
