The rooms are small but very clean. View of the Eiffel Tower from balcony. Welcoming staff. “Lovely staff and breakfast”
We just in Paris for a night and needed a room near Gare St Lazare. Le 12 was perfect. Of course it's expensive and the room is small, that's how it is in Paris. We just in Paris for a night and needed a room near Gare St Lazare. Le 12 was perfect. Of course it's expensive and the room is small, that's how it is in Paris. But the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the range and quality of food for the inclusive breakfast was outstanding. The location near the station and restaurants in the 8th arrondissement was ideal, and the view from our balcony was lovely. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Le 12 during the Paris Olympics because it is walking distance from Lazare train station. It is a lovely, clean, boutique hotel with a good location. The staff (Matthew and Roman) were friendly and super helpful with luggage, cabs, adapters, etc. The breakfast was not included but we purchased for a reasonable price and it was very good. Would definitely go back!

“Nice rooms and good location!”
A cute little boutique hotel with a good location. Most importantly - the rooms are clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was spacious with good lighting. Friendly and service minded staff, ready to assist with any questions we had. Would definitely go back!

“Great choice for a hotel in Paris”
Great little hotel with an amazing staff! Rooms are small but very clean and well appointed. Has everything you need and the perfect quiet location, but not far from anything. Definitely recommend! Would stay there again with no hesitation!
