“True Care and Concern”
The Gouvernante of the hotel is the loveliest woman! The entire staff is, but she really went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and cared for while having a small medical issue. She offered to drive back after her shift if things worsened to help with my child. I will forever be grateful.

The location was on a quiet side street in a central location and close to a Metro station with lots of cafes and restaurants and other shops comfortably close (even a small clean laundromat!).

“The best hotel in Paris”
The place where you will feel like at home, where you will feel welcomed and pampered amidst the busy (and beautiful) district of Paris! Excellent service and beautiful spacious rooms like nowhere else in Paris. Been coming back every month! Lucas, the manager is the best host!

A very good location walkable to most tourist spots including Montmartre, Opera and Louvre, with many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close by despite inside a private district that my taxi driver had trouble finding the exact drop off location. My top floor family room has a good view and a comfortable bed for a good sleep with peaceful surroundings that I never felt uneasy. The staff is nice and the breakfast is wonderful. You may drop off and leave your luggage during check in and check out.

“Nice hotel but expensive (as most Parisian hotels are)”

The location is great and I guess what you are really paying for. The room does look like the photo, although perhaps a little more tired and less luxurious in real life. It's Paris, so expect the rooms to be tiny and expensive for what you get! For that reason, we probably wouldn't return. We got checked in earlier which was much welcomed. The guy didn't tell us that they offer free drinks downstairs but we found out by accident when we went down to order one, so happy accident. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the room too which was nice and free water (although no fridge but probably because there isn't room). Breakfast was 20 euros each so we skipped it. Would have felt better value if this had been included. And the room service menu was way too expensive (the most expensive I've seen out of 75 countries and hundreds of hotels I've stayed in!). People mention the lift which is tiny but we didn't find it a problem at all. 2 adults and a child can fit without luggage. When we had luggage, we just went separately. And reviews also mention the street... It's off a very busy/great area but there were a few homeless people's belongings. This didn't bother us and we felt safe enough. If you are offended, there is another end to the passage way which is a bit more appealing if you want to come through that way. Being in a small side street meant that it was quiet, even though you're in the thick of it, so actually quite handy. Nice view from our window, very 'Emily in Paris' so I've added some pics :-)
