“Trip”
I actually want to thank for stuff. They were so helpful always and so kind. The rooms are clean. Some things could be better but it’s small issues. The location is very good. Bus stop is beside, train station beside, shops, restaurants, everything.

“Helpful staff”
I lost my cell phone during a seine cruise and i needed to go online to deactivate my accounts, change the passwords...etc., and there was a technical issue with the PC in the lobby, so the night shift receptionist was helping me all the time, and when all the efforts failed to have it work, he off… more
I lost my cell phone during a seine cruise and i needed to go online to deactivate my accounts, change the passwords...etc., and there was a technical issue with the PC in the lobby, so the night shift receptionist was helping me all the time, and when all the efforts failed to have it work, he offered his personal phone so I can log in and secure my accounts, he also made sure to log out and erase the history afterwards. Pros: - The night shift receptionist guy was extremely helpful. - Clean rooms. - Baggage storage available after check out. - About 10 min. walk to the nearest metro station. - Decent breakfast buffet. Cons: - Only 1 small lift is available. - No bathrooms in the lobby, they are in the basement. - There was a cat wondering around in the restaurant.
